Front desk associates are professional and work quickly. The dentist I had and his assistant were also professional, funny, and madder you feel comfortable. They all take care of you every step of the way.

All of the staff were extremely polite. They also got me in and out very quickly, which I appreciate when going to the dentist or doctor. Definitely recommend if you need a new dentist.

Had eight teeth pulled was in and out less than an hour felt no pain. didn't even feel any pain the next day after the numbing wore off. very impressed

Service was great. Hygienist was awesome. My experience with the Dr. Was excellent. With prior bad experiences with other dentist, I was nervous but was soothed by the treatment I was given by the whole crew. They made me laugh and smile. Thanks access dental!!!!!

Do not give them your hard earned money! April 21 2015 I had 3 extractions Dr. Ahmad asks for sutures and the tech said to him, "I ordered some but they are not in yet." So he packs my gums and sent me home. I spent the next 20 hours bleeding big gobs of blood pudding, without any stoppage. Went to ER that night. Went back next morning to office, treated me like I was lying about it...STAY AWAY!
Update: Dentures cracked and broke from usual wear across the front half. Bought a denture repair kit and fixed it myself. You can relign your own dentures for $ 8, don't pay $ 200 more.

Best dentist office in Springfield! The staff is awesome!

Went in for a basic cleaning after avoiding the dentist for nearly 10 years. The staff were all super kind and wonderful to be around, everything was painless, and everyone was super helpful. 5/5

The entire team in Springfield and in Rolla were amazing. My husband has a very complicated and serious medical condition and they were able to safely and effectively remove all his very infected teeth. The infection was so bad and with the combination of other illnesses my husband was in serious danger of developing sepsis and all antibiotics were failing. The surgery was so expensive and without dental insurance it seemed hopeless that he would receive the surgery in time to save his life. After seeing a go fund me I set up trying to raise the money to get the surgery, the team at Access Dental was quick to respond and they donated the entire procedure and the most beautiful set of dentures I have ever seen. The experience still to this day seems like a dream. I never imagined we would raise the funds needed, let alone have the entire thing paid for and on top of that have dentures too. They treated my husband with so much respect and the highest quality of care I have seen anywhere, and trust me my husband has seen ALOT of doctors. The follow up care has been just as amazing. Were adjustments needed, absolutely, one can not expect something to fit perfectly without adjustments. They were always flexible with getting him in for his follow up appointments, as we are constantly balancing a tough schedule. They even stayed late to accomodate us. These people will forever hold a very special place in my heart, my husbands heart, and our children's hearts, because without their genorosity, kindness, and level of expertise, he would not still be here, fighting everyday, to stay with us on this earth. Through this whole process I have gotten to know some of the staff in the Rolla office and I can say that you will not find people more dedicated to really helping people they go above and beyond.
