I had been with my previous dentist for more than twenty years but because of insurance networks I had to seek a new practice. I approached this with apprehension because I knew no one at this practice. All of my worries were unfounded because I couldn’t have found a better practice! The receptionists were so friendly, the dental assistant and hygienist were so helpful and explained everything to me. When I met the doctor, he listened to me and allowed me to make an informed decision about what my treatment would be! I needed a top denture and a new partial for the bottom! I had no problem with the extraction process. It was almost pain free! Their lab had done an excellent job with my denture and partial. I would recommend this practice to anyone!

I have worn dentures for many years and have never had any feel like these. They are not smooth and feel rough and dirty. When I ask about it, they had no reasoning for it. One lady was rude.
I only saw the dentist two times, the assistants did all the work.
Next time I will seek a nicer place.

Always a pleasure to go see my friends at Access Dental. After years of pain and the expense of other dentists trying to " save my teeth " I am now pain free for over seven years and I love my dentures. Wish I would have done it years earlier!

Came in when they opened for a wisdom tooth extraction. They were very comforting and knew I was nervous about the whole extraction process. They talked me through it and made me feel more comfortable, all within 30-45 minutes. Couldn't ask for a better job than what they did. Very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing any work on their teeth.

Due to recent event I had to change my rating.
But first, I still feel that the people who work there are EXCELLENT...courteous, caring, and knowledgeable.
HOWEVER. I've only had my new dentures since last October. I've only been wearing my lower plate daily since January. It broke January 9th, as I was eating Cheerios. I called for an appointment, and was told at the time that I'd have to have another lower impression made. But when I got there, they just took the pieces, and gave me an appointment to pick them up. When I expressed my surprise, I was told they still had my previous impressions.
I picked up my same lower plate today, with a line running down it where the break was...like it was just glued together or something. There's no rough edge, but you can definitely see the break line.I am very disappointed. They are extremely thin anyway..I'm very doubtful these will last any better than they did before. Understand..I have my previous set..made in 2003. Worn down, 2 broken teeth in the front(2020))...but no plate breakage after wearing them 18 years!!! I wore the old lower plate while the new was being fixed. They are thicker, a little heavier, seem like they're made from much better material. I don't believe these will last another 4 years(until my insurance will pay a portion again). And I'm actually a little afraid. What if they'd broken while I was sleeping? I've always worn my dentures 24/7 except for cleaning. What if I'd been at a social engagement? Now, I feel like I need to take my old lowers with me..just in case. Maybe the uppers, too. Better to have broken teeth than no teeth at all.
I am tremendously disappointed. Nearly $1700. 8 months before breaking. They were never dropped, banged, bit into anything hard. I was eating a bowl of milk-softened Cheerios.
And there's nothing I can do...but wait 4 years, hoping for the best, and carrying an old, but excellent spare set.

I hadn’t been to a dentist in quite a few years. Dan, the hygienist, instantly put me at ease. I had a tooth removed and the doctor did it quickly and rather painlessly. I’d rather not have to go… but I’m glad I went to Access Dental.

This was one of the worst experiences I have encountered. They took my teeth out Mar 28, 2022. Put a set of dentures in way too big for my mouth, especially the lowers. A week later they put some lining on them and said my mouth had to heal. A month later again, they relined them with gooy stuff and said my mouth had to heal. To make a long story short, I made my 4th visit today, July 5, 2022, still not able to wear my lowers not ables to eat anything but oatmeal, mashed potatoes etc. They took new impressions, set me up an appointment for a week from today, then announced I owed them $375.00. EXCUSE ME, FOR WHAT. If I had of paid them I still wouldn't have gotten my teeth next week. Just another fitting, then possibly another and maybe I would have had another set in 6 to 7 weeks or another almost 2 months. My son had his teeth pulled and new dentures and wearing both up and down and eating regular food within a week. A friend had 22 teeth pulled the end of May and has been wearing both her ups and down from the beginning and has been eating anything she wants since the middle of June. Access Dental is a rip off, they do not know what they are doing and money gougers. I have paid them a little over $5200. total, I have no suitable fitting teeth and now am going to have to pay another dentist to make me some suitable teeth which fit. DO NOT GO TO ACCESS, THEY ARE QUACKS.

The staff here are so kind and reasonable. I would highly recommend these folks if you have ever had a bad experience with your dentist. 10/10 will go again!

I have been having pain in the bottom back and have not seen a dentist in a long while and had no insurance. Thankfully the lord blessed us enough to be able to afford to finally get in to see a Dentist! I have an infection and need some work done. Before they did anything Danielle was the BEst! She went over everthing and gave us great options and completely had my best interest at heart. They all did. I highly recommend. Happy patient.

Think they can do a better job at cleaning. Have had cleaning in past that my teeth felt really clean.
