Spring View Dental is a great place. Appointments are easy to make. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes when I get there. Staff and dentists are efficient and friendly. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. Everything is explained before and during the procedures. I definitely recommend Spring View Dental.

Service is prompt. My hygienist is delightfully congenial, efficient and thorough. Dentist shows genuine compassion and desire to provide the best care for her patients. Because my insurance is changing dental providers I was concerned I would have to change dentists, but I was delighted this office is already working to be in the new network. I am a very happy patient.

Dr Jones and her staff are great! I was looking for a General Dentist that did periodontal work and that was covered by Delta Dental. Dr Jones is one of the only ones I could find in Springfield. Not only did she work with my insurance she is an awesome dentist. Also I have to mention that Svetlana and Devin are really good hygienists! Everyone I have worked with in her office is great. :)

I cannot say enough good things about this office!! Dr. Jones and her staff are awesome!! They are on time, super helpful and knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and absolutely wonderful with my kids! It makes it much easier when your kids do not mind going to the dentist!! They have done so well introducing my youngest to everything for his first few visits without being pushy. Instead, they let him take the lead and decide how much they could do without causing anxiety. Now, he does so well to let them clean his teeth. They take the time to make the kids feel comfortable and work to make it a fun and positive experience for everyone.

Dr. Heather Jones and her staff are so friendly and welcoming. I’ve always felt cared about as a patient. The reception staff are thorough and professional. The whole practice is very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend Spring View Dental.

I always have a great experience here! Educational and through. I gave 4 stars only because employees were not wearing their mask correctly and I didn’t like that. Otherwise it’s a hands down great dentist office.

My first visit to Spring View Dental was last June of 2018 for my initial exam and a cleaning. Since then I have visit them for other dental care I needed. Every visit has been great! As a prior dental assistant in the military I was very particular to which civilian dental clinic I would continue my care at. I have NO REGRETS. The assistants, hygienist and dentists have been the following: friendly, courteous, professional, detailed in the information given verbally regarding my dental treatment and have a smile always. Someone who is smiling even in a bad day means a lot to me and says a lot. It means to me that on a bad day they will not treat me rudely and unprofessional due to to their circumstance.
The dentist is the best I have been treated by (sorry Naval dentistry but it’s true). She ensures that my comfort level is good and is patient with me. Plus, I like her sense of humor!
If anyone is wondering if this would be a good dental clinic to receive care...you found it!

I had an excellent visit. I had a broken tooth shattered I thought needed to be gone. Dr Jones agreed. My mouth had been extremely sore for the past two weeks. Today I have almost no discomfort. I think dr Jones and her staff are excellent
