They were able to get my dental work done and have a friendly staff.

I won’t go into a long story, I will, however, tell you I had an incredible visit! Dr. Jones , and her staff, could not have done anything more than they did to make me more comfortable and know they truly care about me as a person and want the best outcome possible for me when they are done. By the time I left they had addressed any concern. I am midway in getting my teeth totally functional and beautiful! I know the end result is going to be fantastic and beautiful! Thank you Dr Jones and Staff!!

Great experience, great staff, Ivie was super helpful and made my experience smooth and easy going.

My experience started out wonderful at springview. But over the last 6-8 months things definitely changed. I paid for services and patiently waited for my visit, only to have several visits rescheduled. I had a top and bottom partial paid for but never received either. Very unprofessional to say the least. I am grateful to have my partials refunded, but that still doesn't fix all of the problem. Now I have to have the same teeth worked on and start the partial process all over again. Definitely not happy.

Update: since Dr. Jones has left, I will no longer come here. Very disorganized and very poor communication with their patients. :(

I showed up for my scheduled appointment may 9th at 3:30 pm, after multiple appointment reminders via email & text message. I work fulltime Mon thru Fri. I changed my schedule for this appointment. If you're closing your office please call to reschedule your existing appointments.

Spring view dental has out grown it's service! I use to make an appt for every 6 months and actually had my appt. Over the past 2 years I have been cancelled and reschedule at several of my appt and they don't give you an appt in a appropriate time, instead you get scheduled another 6 months out! I was told by a hygienist that I had a gum disease and needed to deep clean under my gum line. This was very uncomfortable! Come to find out I didn't have a gum disease and I went through that discomfort for nothing and had to pay for it! My dentist decided to quit and leave. Did anyone tell me? Yes! The day before my appointment to let me know to reschedule another 6 months out! The place has turned into a joke! I received this option to write a review about my appointment and I haven't even had an appointment yet!

I’ve had my teeth cleaned as well as two cavities filled so far with Spring View Dental. So far, no complaints, just praise! I’ve experienced great work, great service (no long waits/staff are friendly & encouraging), and a welcoming environment! 🙏🏽💯

I became a new patient about 2 years ago. I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months. I have spent enough time with Spring View Dental care to tell you they are awesome! My hygienist is amazing every single time I go and Dr Heather Jones, my dentist, is amazing! I’m comfortable from the moment I walk in the door of my dentist office and treated magnificent!
