Dr. Jones and Dr. Jones are the best. And their staff know their stuff and are there to truly help you. You know you are in good hands when you walk in the door. Since moving to Springfield, I've used them and I would rather change insurance companies than lose them as my provider for my Dental needs

The only one good thing I can say about this place is Dr Jones is good, but there front office is the worst ever! First of all they cancel appointments more times than I have been there. They do work (like a crown and DON'T verify with the Insurance FIRST) what is covered! Don't go there...you will be sorry in the end!

I have been seeing Dr Jones for a few years now. I love everything about this office. The girls in front are always friendly, the hygienists are wonderful and Dr Jones is amazing. They all make you feel welcome and appreciated.

Got a call from the dentist at 10am day of my son's appointment. Asked me If he could be there 10 minutes early. No big deal, I'll have him there early. Showed up at the agreed new time and ended up waiting 35 minutes. Why would you call me to show up early to wait. My son got his cleaning but no cavities were filled. Don't understand.

I switcher to Spring View as I didn't feel my previous dentist was getting anything accomplished. However Spring View has exceeded my expectations. All the staff are super friendly and caring. This has been the best experience I've had in a long time. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new dentist.

Heather Jones and staff are just AMAZING. I am petrified of visiting the dentist, let alone having dental work done. They understand, were sympathetic, kind, and in no way judged. I had a root canal and a couple of fillings done this morning, and I feel absolutely wonderful. I can SMILE AGAIN! The ladies I worked with did such a tremendous job, it looks as though nothing had ever happened. I am just so very greatful. Wonderful staff at the front desk, outstanding professionals working hard in the back. Color me impressed. *thanks, guys, for giving me my smile back

Everyone from the front office to the people in the back are so nice and helpful. Dr Jones and her staff are the best. They are really great with my whole family. I use to have anxiety with going to the dentist but not since we have switched to Spring View Dental.
