After Dr. Heather Jones' departure, things have been going downhill at this location. Dr. Hoffman came and swiftly left, too. Now there's Dr. Melson. The new front desk staff needs some serious customer service training. Apathetically chewing gum is not the best way to speak with and check in patients. Billing staff seems caught off guard when asked about a charge. No phone etiquette. Very disappointing.

The place was clean the people were friendly and thorough. It seemed that everyone there was there to help me and make me the best that they could.

I have had the front office cancel my appointment more times than I’ve actually been to see the dentist in the past 2 years. They are complete incapable of managing their calendar, do not respect your time, and have zero remorse for canceling appointments last minute for their convenience.

They got us in when we needed, we’re great w the kids, and super kind and caring!

There seems to always be a turnover in their office staff and hygienists. There’s always an issue between what they want to charge and insurance coverage. Today when I went for my appointment, once again, confusion—they had 3 charts on me. Changing to another dental office because this one is so poorly managed! I’ve been a patient for 5 years and their issues haven’t changed.

I had a very good experience the lady working on me made me feel at ease.
I had bad past experiences as a young person and she was very understanding. I would recommend this office.

I've used this dental office my entire adult life. It seems like my prefured dentist has retired. I made this appointment for the expresed purpose of having abcessed teeth extracted. The first dentist I saw, for lack of a more pc term, suffered from old white guyitis. Expected me to pay for a cleaning then come back at some other time to pay more for the emergancy extractions. Clearly the type who expects patients to nod, smile and go along as oppossed to expressing an opinion on their own care and financial expenditures. He informed me that the days schedule was to tight to accomodate me. Your poor scheduling practices should not be my burden to bare. Luckily you had a new person, I would guess just out of school, willing to take the time to see me. I'm giving 3 stars because I was incredibly impressed by the quality of work he did. I've had over 20 teeth pulled and never seen such tidy extraction sites. Recruiting new talent like that gentleman is what will make the difference in your companies success going forward.

Had a crown that had an infections, Dr Mark under Brenda’s assistance met my emergency came to the rescue, Fast, professional.

Rude receptionist. Told me they could see me then told me I needed xrays from my previous dentist. Wasted my time driving to the office only to be told they couldn't see me. Have no consideration for other people's time!
