Spring View Dental Care

I’ve always felt welcome here! The staff is quick yet efficient and, more importantly, caring. Dr. Jones greats me as if I were a friend and not just a patient. Out of the door in 30 minutes for a checkup, cleaning and X-rays today!

This team is beyond phenomenal. If I was Santa, the entire office would get everything they wanted for Christmas. Every person I interacted with seemed to go above and beyond to help me in any way they could. Getting in, getting worked on, billing, everything was not only smooth, it was enjoyable. Dr. Jones, Dr. Jones, and team you truly made me feel better and my teeth look great. (Compared to when I walked in today) Truly, thank all of you so much!

Words can't describe my experience!!!! Dr. Jones is SUPER AWESOME!!! The staff are excellent at what they do. They clearned my teeth effortlessly and did so without problems. I couldn't have asked for better dental care I will definitely be back.

Heather Jones is phenomenal, and the staff is friendly and efficient. I have pretty bad dentist anxiety and I feel cared for and comfortable everytime. ***UPDATE!!: Heather is gone. So this review just went from 10/5 stars to 0/5 stars!! I wasn't told at all that Heather had left until I was already prepped in the chair at my appointment and some guy walked in. And even then I still had to ask where Heather was because they acted like she'd just stepped out for lunch (sketchy).

The hygienist then cleaned my gums while also saying I had "some gum inflammation" to watch for. I had been seeing Heather for 3 years and she and her hygienists always said I had one of the most well taken care of mouths. I am very meticulous with my oral care and know I don't have any sign of gum disease (red flag #1!) Then she proceeded to clean my teeth and gums to the point of them hurting! That's not gum disease sweetheart, you're flossing too violently. Of course they'll bleed.

I complained after the cleaning that my back tooth felt like something was wedged between them. She looked and said she didn't see a problem, but to her credit she jammed floss back there several more times until my gums were so inflamed I couldn't feel anything but pain, so I just left, because I couldn't possibly guide her to the feeling anymore since I was fully numb.

Fast Forward almost 2 months later I can STILL feel what feels like a popcorn kernel wedged in between my teeth and I'd finally had enough last night, so I grabbed a dentist mirror and metal pick and scrapped between my teeth until more of the "kernel" knocked loose. It is A PIECE OF MY TOOTH!

The hygienist had cleaned my gums and teeth sooo hard that she knocked a sliver of my crown loose and wedged it between my two back teeth! HOW did she not notice that?!? And WHAT hygienist flosses SO VIOLENTLY that you break off people's crowns??? Then tell them they might have slight gingivitis to watch for since their gums are bleeding and swollen...that's like shooting someone in the spine then telling them their back pain is due to bad posture!

This office is a joke since Heather left. I'm petrified of dentists as it is, and my one cleaning appointment gone nightmarishly wrong reinforced the years of dentist anxiety Heather single-handedly cured. RUN don't walk---to ANYONE else.

This place is hands down the best dental experience I have ever had. Dr. Jones and her team take great care of your dental needs and concerns. She is gentle and easy when it comes to working on your teeth. Take it from me from guy who used to freak out about the dentist.

6/25/19 was my first visit to Spring View Dental. It was the nicest first time dental experience that I can remember. I have been seeing dentists regularly since about age ten and am now sixty-five. Thank you for your thoroughness. Looking forward to next maintenance visit.

Always a great experience when visiting Spring View dentist. Never a wait and always a lovely team of people working in the office. Dr. Jones is so nice and she has a great personality. They also are not pushy at all about elective treatments. Highly recommend this office!!

I love this office! Tried it once a few years ago, now I won’t go anywhere else! Dr Jones is my favorite I have ever been to! I always dreaded going to the dentist before coming here. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful experience!

Heather is an amazing dentist at spring view dental. She truly cares about her patients and their pain tolerance. I am never anxious about the care I’m going to receive because I know it’s going to be the best. She treats her patients like they are family. She’s amazing!
