Spring View Dental Care

This is the BEST Dentist we've been too!!! Our children( 5 yrs old, 11 yrs old, 12 yrs old)were all smiles😀 when we left. We've had some unhappy children with previous Dentist. Dr.Jones and her staff made us feel very comfortable and welcoming!! I highly recommend this Dentist especially if you have children!!

I was so impressed with Spring View Dental Care and would absolutely recommend them!! I took my 2 and 4 year old for first time visits and the dental assistant was SO great with my boys. He explained what every tool was and what he was going to do. He even lowered/raised the chair a couple times for fun & shot water out of the one tool so they could see what it did. They even had a TV playing kid cartoons that they could watch while they were getting worked on. Even the front desk women were very kind and helpful. I even had a bit of an insurance mishap and they were so great to work with me and helped me get it taken care of. I loved this place and will definitely be back!

New dentist. Heavy handed and self absorbed. Bruised lips after a simple visit. Patient needs and desires do not matter to him.

I showed up 5 minutes late for my appointment for surgery and the receptionist was extremely rude and told me “well I can’t throw off the rest of the day” and they couldn’t get me in for over a month. Not like I wouldn’t have sat in the waiting room for half an hour anyways. Highly recommend going somewhere else. I will never be returning.

I really have a lot of anxiety about the dentist and DR. JONES is amazing. Her staff are always welcoming and making me great going. They are always full of smiles and explain everything before they do it. You can tell they love being there and enjoy what they do. Thank you for being awsome!!!!!

Spring View Dental is a great place. From the moment you walk in the door you are met by friendly and efficient front desk personnel. The rest of the staff is courteous, skilled and also very friendly that make you feel relaxed. I am always impressed when I go to Spring view dental.
For those of you that want to know all the staff wear masks.

This place is the BEST! I was able to get in quickly and Heather Jones is the best dentist I have ever had. She was quick and shot it straight. No hidden fees or up charging. Awesome staff! Highly recommend.

I have been with Spring view dental for several years now, my experience with them over the course of the last few years have been reasonable until now. I have never been thrilled about having a different hygienist and dentist working on my mouth. Nor have I ever enjoyed the loud secular music they play up front.
The music wouldn’t be so bad except that it is not wholesome music and is turned up to an unprofessional level.
My visit today was well below quality and for that reason I will no longer be utilizing Spring View Dental.
I did not at all mind that my visit was pushed forward, nor that my visits have been consistently rescheduled by Spring View Dental several times over the past couple of years.
Even I myself have been guilty of a missed appointment from time to time, although I will say that it does come off somewhat unprofessional that the company cannot keep its commitments on a rather consistent basis. This portion in complaint, is not completely do to pandemic because my appointments have been rescheduled well before the pandemic occurred but also through that time-frame.
For the most part all these things I’ve stated thus far can be overlooked.
Unfortunately my latest visit cannot.
When arriving to my appointment 26Apr2021
I was checked in and in a very timely manner. The hygienist greeted me properly and led me back to have my cleaning.
The hygienist then stated to me that X-rays would need taken, in my curiosity I inquired about it humbly because I had recalled having X-rays the past couple of visits including a 3D X-rays they had requested.
She explained to me after some time passed in what was perceived as an awkward manner, that upon my last visit I had photos taken and not X-rays.
I accepted her answer and she then attempted to start the cleaning. I’m not sure if she didn’t read my file thoroughly or if the information had not been well documented from my prior visits there, but she then attempted to use a water scaler to perform the cleaning. From prior unpleasant experiences with this tool, it was imperative that I inform her that this tool would create pain if utilized and asked if she would refrain from the use. Unsure if it would lighten the tension between us at that moment but I then reassured her of my good hygienic practices hoping she might see there wasn’t much overall cleaning to do.
Without responding she then traded out the instrument for picks and performed the remainder of the cleaning in an awkward silence and also in what was perceived as a very hurried manner.
I cannot tell you how it feels to have a soled up potentially upset & hurried hygienist working in your mouth. An experience I will hopefully never experience again. Please forgive me, I cannot assume she was upset I can only go off perception since she moved awkwardly and did not speak at all.
I ask that whoever might inquire to this survey, that I was asked to fill this survey out, I’m not a vengeful person in any way and hold no grudges toward the hygienist or Spring View Dental.
With that being said, I ask that the hygienist in question not be reprimanded but only made aware of the situation for improvement purposes. She may have had a very bad morning or she might be suffering from lack of rest or even pandemic stress.
I pray God bless her in her toil and may He smile on her and show her His grace.

I recommend you these things be addressed in hopes it will only better your practices for future potential customers.
