Avoid at all costs. The ladies at the front desk aren’t pleasant or helpful. They never get your coverage correct and get upset when questions are asked. Dr. Jones has moved back to Arkansas so you’ll be seen by a completely different person with less experience unfortunately. This is NOT the Spring View Dental I remember. Avoid.

Over the past 4 years, we had overall good experiences with hygenists and doctors here. However, the facility has had a long history of poor receptionists. They have poor communication skills and behave unprofessionally. Every time we visited here, we had to have them run our insurance more than once to get the correct coverage. They become irritated when you ask them to explain charges and treatment and they behave in a childish manner. We won't be recommending this place to anyone, and we won't be returning.

Been going here for over 10 years - since the Jones' left it has gone to complete shambles. When I questioned why my insurance did not match my Summary of Benefits I was accused of insurance fraud after letting them know I spoke to my insurance and they didn't even reach out to my insurance to ask why my coverage was. when I asked to schedule it as 2 different proceeds I was accused of insurance fraud. They are riding off the positive reputation of the previous team but lack all of the professionalism and integrity that team built in the community. The front desk is staffed with what seems to be petty sorority sisters competing for the best looking athleisure outfit versus a professional environment that has patient care front of mind. My husband left with an open wound from a botched extraction and now we are trying desperately to find someone to help fix what they messed up. I wish I could find where Dr. Heather Jones went because unfortunately the new team is determined to ruin her legacy in the community.

Everyone was very friendly. The dentist and hygienist were very informative and helpful. I told the receptionist and the assistant that. I can only do $3000 a year and they said no problem. They set up an appointment for the following week, which surprised me. I expected a bit longer than that, which made me happy. I’m looking forward to seeing the dentist again.

Brian Hoffman was extremely rude to my lady and laughed at her because she wanted a tooth pulled. Made her feel terrible to the point of tears. I never leave a review but this was bad 👎

Very helpful and very transparent. Went in for a chipped molar. Took a look at the tooth gave me a rundown of how much it would cost to fix and then fixed it within the hour. Great pricing as well. Also got me in for a cleaning the same day.

Due to a change in insurance we needed to find a new dentist. In January, I called to be sure they took our insurance and at that time I made an appointment for my husband to have a tooth extracted and for myself for an exam and cleaning. I showed up for my appointment on March 9 and I was not on the schedule. I was told they could not get me in until June. This kind of incompetence is inexcusable. They didn't even try to rectify their mistake by trying to squeeze me in sooner. Your first impression of a business is with the receptionists. If they show such incompetence then it makes you wonder about the rest of the staff. I will be looking for a different dentist.

10/10 I am terrified of the dentist and they made me feel so safe. I went in bc of nerve pain in my tooth and they had me in surgery to fix it within 15 mins. They had a pillow for my neck and sunnies and already scheduled me in for a next appointment in the same week and a 6 month cleaning.

I could not have been more specific when I scheduled my appointment for a cleaning. I could not have been more clear with what I wanted. I told them how important it was that I get a cleaning right away because My original dentist office failed to follow through on the appointment which was why I was wanting to switch anyway. I arrived about 6 minutes before 8:00 a.m., which is when my appointment was scheduled and I thought it was weird that they wouldn't even have their door open for me to start filling out paperwork. And so I get in at 8:00am and I finally start the paperwork and they're about 25 minutes late coming to get me. And I heard about how they're not going to have time to do a deep cleaning. But they wouldn't give me a regular cleaning for the sake of getting *something* done to help my oral hygiene They were going on about how severe it was.. They know that it has been almost a year since I've had my last cleaning. And I gave up my therapy appointment for this, only to be told a bunch of numbers and what I needed done and sent an estimate and then home. Jesus Christ. This is actually worse than my original dentist. Will never return.
