Brought my daughter Madison in today thinking she needed her wisdom teeth scheduled to come out. Turns out she actually has an infection! Thank goodness they did an X-ray and found this! Wisdom teeth good for a couple more years! Thanks Dr. Jones!

Called Spring View this morning about a bad tooth—I was in the Dentist’s chair in less than an hour. Have always worked me in when I have any issues. I typically love Spring View Dental. Today I had a hygienist that was so rough that I was cringing because it hurt so bad by the time she got to flossing. She told me I was bleeding so bad because I’m pregnant, but I had a friend with the same hygienist with a very similar experience recently. I also was told that the cancer screening and fluoride was now a requirement once a year and had to pay for those extra services to later find out they are actually not required.

Very pleased with my initial visit. Everyone was very nice and professional. Dr Heather Jones discussed the reason for my visit and asked what I wanted to achieve with my dental health. We discussed short term goals and long term goals that I presented to her.
