Spring View Dental Care

Dr. Jones is amazing. She takes time to know me and what I need. She is also great with my daughter and was able to get her interest in cleaning her teeth at such an early age.

As requested, I am filling this out, although I am wondering about the warning that it will appear publicly. Still, you requested it.

I've been going to Spring View Dental Care since the late '90s when they were located over by the roller skating rink and run by Dr. Lui. They are absolutely the best dental care I have ever had, and I have recommended them to peers when asked. I get all my annual exams with them. They repaired some cavities of mine over the years along with replacing some older failing fittings. I think all the dental work in my mouth at this time is theirs, and would chose them if I needed anything more serious. Dr. Lui also gave my daughter a set of front teeth crowns years ago that turned out great.

Not to take away from the great dental WORK, I did have a bad experience with a dental CLEANING many years ago, and am worried it might happen again. An overly aggressive dental hygienist of theirs removed what he called calculus from my teeth, making it painful to drink anything cold, and this was during a summer visit and a heat wave. Since then I always schedule my annual exam & cleaning in the winter and am a little apprehensive about aggressive hygienists. Last year a newer hygienist seemed extremely aggressive, then kept pushing so hard for an appointment in six months instead of a year that, not wanting to get in to an argument, I agreed in the exam room, only to cancel it at the front desk on the way out the door. I had the same hygienist again this year, who wasn't as aggressive, but the bad experience years early with the different hygienist is still on my mind.

Despite this negative critic of a few cleanings, I would like you to remain my dentist for many years to come and will still recommend your office to anyone who asks.

Very nice, loving and caring staff. Not only they've all done excellent jobs with their positions, they've also explained everything they we're doing to very detail. They also advice, give feedback on anything healthy they think you may need to know about yourself.

All of the Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. My appointment was during lunch time, so it
took a little longer than previous visit. Service was very good, no complaints at all.

The Staff were all very pleasant to deal with especially Dawn and the building is very nice and a all around good atmosphere to be in.

I just love all the AWESOME staff. I can do my appointment with the ease because they are kind, caring and put me at ease. Dr Jones is so loving and makes me feel like part of the family. Only dentist office I don't fear.

Had a root canal done they never call for me to get the permanent cap install which was already pay for. Today the cap fell out and they said I was out of luck. Be careful don’t pay of anything unit you are done.

As a first time patient, needing an emergency appointment, I couldn't have been more impressed with the care I received. From the receptionist, to the AMAZING hygienist and phenomenal dentist.... I can't wait to continue my care here and recommend them to all my friends!!! Excellence from start to finish!!!

I have never had a dental office that takes the time to work with you on a dental plan the way that Spring View Dental does. I have never had any pain during or after treatment and I will continue coming here with my family for all our dental needs.

Love the girls that work at Spring View Dental Care. They are so nice and make you feel so comfortable. They seem to enjoy their jobs. Makes you not dread to go to the dentist.
