They have very good customer service and they take good care of their patients

Great staff and great pricing for premium experience, but not anymore!!! Front desk personnel are very much ignorant, and have no respect. Just cause I've been out of work for a year with foot problems they have treated me as if I owed a thousand dollars and won't even give me a chance!!! They tell you a balance and when you go back it has doubled. I stopped going to My Dentist for the same reason I will change dentist again since they are sister company's, and all the people have came from there over the last year and, and it's the same old BS!!! Very unsatisfied, and I honestly liked it, and had a great time before all the big changes in staff!!!

I went in for a basic cleaning and to have some teeth pulled possibly. 😬 they explain they will take x-rays and some other stuff. They were friendly through all this. Then they tell me they have to get a plan together. A lady walks in and says this is what you owe. Ummmm I came in for my yearly cleaning and possibly 2 teeth pulled. I have insurance and haven't used it so.... why do I owe when I get 2 free cleanings a year with this in network facility. I called my insurance company and ask and they told me that I could receive my 2 free cleaning. I called spring valley back and they said you need a deep clean and unable to get you just a cleaning. So back to insurance I went got things figured out and won't be back.

I went in and had so many questions. Tracey and Kelsey were helpful. They both had such an upbeat attitude!

I went in to get a cleaning and to see if I had any cavities. They took care of the one cavity I had right away and did my cleaning and got a referral for my wisdom teeth. Everyone is super friendly and very helpful!

I was nervous going for my first visit. They met my expectations and then some! Very patient and kind. Love Dr Jones and Holly! Everyone was great. Thank you!

Second time, had to remove a star. New dentist is a bit rude. He needs to lighten up on the staff and the patients. I had a problem come up yesterday that I asked him to look at and he blew me off. I have no problem going back to the endodontist for further evaluation but he could have at least looked at it.
I also realize he is busy and most likely overworked but kindness and a little time can mean the difference between a satisfied customer and a dissatisfied one. Still will keep going here as the staff is wonderful!

Third visit. Well, didn't know that Dr Jones left. I was disappointed in that. However, the new staff seems nice and I really like the new dentist. He is very professional and gentle. I liked my dental hygienist a lot and am glad to be scheduled again with her next year. Consistently and relationship is important to me with a dentist so please do not change again or I may have to find a new dentist. I have to have a filling soon so we shall see...

Dr. Jones and her staff are excellent. I was greeted by friendly, helpful staff. I only had to wait a short time. My Hygienist, Kelly, was amazing. I would be lucky to get her every time. Dr Jones sees me every time, even if I’m only there for a cleaning. I have nothing negative to say. If you’re looking for a dentist, Springview Dental should be your choice!

My husband and I both had our appointments cancelled with no notice and no offer to reschedule. I used to love this office, but I found a new dentist instead. I can’t just wait for them to decide they have time to clean my teeth; dental insurance doesn’t work that way.
