Spring View Dental Care

Had my first appointment with Dr Jones today and it was great. They had high tech equipment, everyone in the office was extremely friendly and down to earth, and Dr Jones was one of the nicest healthcare providers I've ever met. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and welcome. Svetlana was my dental hygienist and she was awesome. I highly recommend this office!

I’ve never had a dentist cancel so many times. There are 6 people in my family and we’ve been going here for years! All of a sudden we’ve been given excuse after excuse on why they’ve had to cancel or reschedule our appointments.. Very disappointed and will not be going back.

I would have to say that my experience was not great to say the least. Dr. Jones herself is such a nice person, which is why I initially hesitated to write this review some time ago, and this is after she apologized on behalf of her staff member who acted inappropriately while treating me. But after reading some of these reviews and my recent encounter, it is now obvious to me that Spring View Dental has not learned from their past mistakes, which is very unfortunate. Regardless of how nice Dr. Jones is, if she can't hire good staff, she is just as bad in my opinion.

I was just to have a cleaning today with Tammy. I went in she measured my gums scraped a very little . Then said I'm goin to polish..normally they would ask what flavor.but not today...😔😔😔 and when she polished it never hit on the gum between the teeth it was quick and on the tooth
.She said watch these areas n try to floss better...My appointment was over....I left, went out to the car thinking of my very unpleasant visit..She never even flossed my teeth ..which I was to do better at ...And never asked if I wanted the Floiride treatment. 😪 or flavor of my polish😪 she did inform me my dentist was gone/ moved and another dentist took his place and my old one would only be there on Friday's ..😪😪......How sad ..I will talk to everyone at work let them know my experience and ask for a new dentist recommendation 😪😪Horrible Its a new Place on national so SAD

I have been coming to Dr. Jones and her team for ten years now and I couldn’t imagine going someplace else. Billing is always upfront, the staff are lovely, everyone is there to take care of you, the patient. I would highly recommend their team for all of our dental needs!

I have been coming to Dr. Jones for over a decade! Very clean and organized office, prompt service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. My entire family comes to Springview for our dental care! We love them!

I used to hate going to the dentist but once I started seeing Dr Heather Jones that changed! She not only is a wonderful dentist but she is so personable and took the time to learn about my health issues and concerns. I don't dread my dentist appointment anymore! Everyone at Springview Dental is so friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend to anyone needing routine dental care or repairs. Oh and her brother Logan has joined the office and I have all the same high praise for him as well :)

I absolutely love Dr. Jones and staff! They are the very best! Their office is contemporary and immaculate. They genuinely care and their services are fantastic. I have been a patient for years and from cleanings to crowns they provide top notch care.

I was visiting family over the christmas holiday. My tooth became inflamed and swollen. My daughter called and they got us in that morning and took care of nme right away. Dr Jones us the best. She assured me that I would feel very little pain when they extracted my tooth. She is a person of her word. Two days later, Im feeling so much better. I would highly recommend her to everyone! Thank you so much.

Love that Dr Heather Jones cares about my anxiety to go to the dentist. The fact that they can take care of whatever I wish for them to at one visit so I don’t have to make multiple visits is such a blessing!!! Thank you Springview Dental for helping me through each visit :)
