Girl in front, who was making my next appointment was rude and probably a toxic person to work with. I was just mentioning what I wanted done on my next appointment and she was like, " well I am talking about your next cleaning" . Did you really have to say that, can she not say it nicely. Btw, your fake eyelashes look cheap. If it wasn't for the great doctors and their excellent patient rapport, I'm not going back to this place.

I am a new patient with this dentist and was unsure what to expect, even though Riverpoint had received high ratings from my insurance provider. Everyone was friendly from the front desk to the dental hygienist and dentist. All of my questions were answered and I am glad I made the change. In fact, my wife, Patricia will be going to Riverpoint next week.

Friendly staff, gentle cleaning from Hannah. Dr. B walked me through some suggestions for either a filling or a crown, and Fernando did a thorough breakdown of procedures and what my pay would be with my insurance coverage. Extremely pleased!

I just want to thank the staff at River point for being so quick with squeezing my 7 year old in for a second opinion all because I was worried. As a single mother I sometimes tend to worry that I do too much and worry about the silliest of things but your staff was so understanding, kind and validated my concerns. The assistants were just as amazing, they didn't push anything on my son and immediately could recognise that he was getting anxious, they talked to him kindly walked him through what they were doing and even gave him water to calm down a bit. Thank you again for such great service and putting my son at ease which I can say we have never experienced until going to you guys. Thank you for being prompt, quick and efficient as well as taking the time to listen to me. We truly appreciate you guys more than you know.

I’ve been going to river point for about 4 years and I loveeeee the staff and every experience. I will never go anywhere else! Everyone is so friendly and helpful and patient. Kaitlin is the last DA that helped me and she was absolutely wonderful! She did such a thorough cleaning, asked me lifestyle questions and dental hygiene questions so she can provide more details and what she saw during my check up and what recommendations would be best for me. I made sure to schedule my next 6 mo cleaning around her availability Bc she was so thorough and informative!!

Went to get my teeth cleaned. Office was clean and so was the dental station. Staff at the office were nice, friendly, funny, and professional. I saw Ciara my hygienist and she was wonderful! I advised her on my fear of the dentist, but she reassured me and made me feel very comfortable and safe! She was gentle but thorough and did an amazing job. Very professional. I also saw Dr. Wes. He gave me good insight on what is going on in my mouth and what needs to be done. I will continue to go to River point family dental! I am looking forward to my next dental visit.

My husband and I have seen Dr. Newsome twice now, our initial visit and yesterday for crowns and filling replacements. He did a phenomenal job, it is well worth the hour and a half drive to know that we are getting such great care. The staff is extremely professional from the way they dress to how warm and friendly they are. Each person that works with us, explains in full detail what we are going to do and why and they are all very mindful of their patients comfort. During our procedures we felt like Dr. Newsome was very gentle and took his time. Once we got home, his staff called at the end of the day to make sure that we were alright. Post procedures we are surprised that we are not as sore as we anticipated. Overall, this office is very deserving of the 5 stars, the best thing they can do moving forward is maintaining the excellent level of professionalism and understanding for patient care that they currently have.

I asked the dentist to do as little work as possible and they end up doing $7000 worth of work, after dentist claims he doesn't make a lot of money of patients, and doesn't drive a fancy Porsche. But he's just like all other dentist. Overpriced and didn't hear what I wanted to have done.

I Was Very Happy with Riverpoint Family Dental. They Were Very Professional. And The Procedure I Had Done I Should Have probably Had a Lot of pain. But They Did Such A Great Job,that I Actually Had No Pain. I Haven't Been to All the Different Dental Places in Albuquerque. But in My Opinion if There Not The Best. Then They are One of the best. And They Seem to Really Care to.
