Absolutely amazing clinic! If you need a deep cleaning Shaundra is the gal to go to. I had to have two sessions of deep cleaning which normally includes local anesthetic. However, she gave me the option to see how things felt before going that route... I had a pretty intense deep cleaning but it was absolutely tolerable and I didn't have to deal with half of my face being numb all day. Shaundra is extremely skilled at what she does and I highly recommend her and everyone at Riverpoint.

My wife and I love to have Shaundra work on our teeth! This place is clean and all the staff are very helpful and nice. If any kind of dental issue comes up they will always have a time for you to come in and have it taken care of.

I've been going to river point family dentistry for about four years. They have a beautiful office and wonderful staff. The hygenists do a great job cleaning mine and my husband's teeth, gentle and they make you feel comfortable. Everything is always explained in detail. Best dental office I've ever been too.

My hygienist knows I like a fan blowing in the background over me to ease my nerves. Next time I showed up, she already had it on and in position. I didn't even think she'd remember. 5-stars for knowing your patient. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dental care facility.

Everyone, and I mean everyone, is extremely professional and kind. I am always treated like I'm their most important patient. When I was running late and called to let the office know, I was assured that they would do their best to keep me in my time slot. But more importantly, they wanted to make sure I was ok! The care I receive is top-notch and painless! I am so pleased to have finally found a dental practice I can smile about (pun intended)!

I am very impressed with Samantha. She is pleasant and personable. She answered any questions I asked her. She was thorough, yet very gentle cleaning my teeth. The dentist I saw was a little different than that. He wasn’t very personable, but got right down to business. I am ok with that, as long as he does a good job with any future dental work I need. The owner/dentist came in as my teeth were being cleaned. It was funny because I thought he was the tree guy. Samantha and the owner made up for the personable attention I like.

I was in excruciating pain from an abscessed tooth and was having a difficult time finding someone who could fit me in on such short notice; So, after a few nights of no sleep and days of pain-induced starvation, I called Riverpoint Family Dentistry.

The staff at Riverpoint Family Dentistry was very accommodating and sympathetic of the predicament I was in and got me scheduled the same day I called. The front office staff and hygienists were very friendly. As for Dr. Wes, I need to buy him a drink, his skillful hands had me out of their comfortable exam chair in a few hours, with NO pain. I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner that night, and the glorious, un-interrupted, pain-free, sleep that followed.

Everyone is always so helpful and welcoming every time I visit. Even though all front desk representatives were on phone calls they still attended to me promptly and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. The dentist and dental hygienist are always nice and friendly which makes for a calming dental visit!
