Today was my first visit to Riverpoint and it certainly won't be the last. I received a text to confirm the appointment two days prior to the appointment. I called that same evening. It was a pleasure speaking with that staff member. She asked me if it would be alright to answer some health assessment questions. I said certainly. Their office was protecting their patients and I certainly appreciated that. I know what it is like to be just a patient that comes and goes. I can't wait till I go back in July. Todays visit was for a prophylaxis with Hannah , my hygienist. She was outstanding. Throughout the entire time that I was there, she asked me if I was alright and if there was anything she could do to make my visit more comfortable. I met Boyd today also. He too asked me why I chose Riverpoint. I told him that I just had a wonderful feeling about their office. I was not wrong. After Hannah completed taking the radiographs, Boyd came into the room and we spoke. He did not rush his examination. It will be my pleasure to recommend Riverpoint to anyone that i think is appropriate. Boyd, congratulations on having an office with staff that are there for the patient! I went to Riverpoint based off of the reviews here on Google, and I was not disappointed. The staff and doctors make you feel welcome and provide wonderful care. My procedure was extensive and I always felt like I was receiving the best care possible. Even when there was a minor hiccup in my treatment, I received a call from the doctor directly and felt like my concerns were well heard and very quickly addressed. I would also like to thank all the ladies that work in the front office. No matter if I am there in person or calling with questions, they are always very professional and kind. I don't know that I "look forward" to future dental procedures...who does??? But I do know I will be going to Riverpoint.

My daughter's appointment was very pleasant. Beginning with the receptionist, she was courteous and friendly. The dental assistant, Ashley was professional and made my daughter feel comfortable by explaining everything. The dentist also explained the procedure and reassured my daughter that if anything bothered her, to let them know and they would stop and resume if needed.
