I had a great experience with South End, and especially loved my hygienist, Nicole. She was extremely attentive, kept an eye on my comfort level and I never felt like I was being lectured- even though I definitely need to floss more :) The office itself is really nice and the staff was friendly and upfront about cost for an out-of-pocket payment. I will definitely be making this my permanent office and actually look forward to my next visit!

I had a great experience at SouthEnd Dentistry! I had to get all four wisdom teeth extracted and it was a simple and painless procedure. Dr. Picot was very attentive and comforting throughout the process. The rest of the staff was very welcoming, especially Bridgette. She made sure that my overall experience went very pleasantly. I definitely recommend this place!

I love going to Southend Dentistry. Every time I go everyone is very helpful and friendly. Nicole did a wonderful job of cleaning my teeth and Dr. Picot is very thorough in his examination and explains everything he sees.

I’ve been coming here for years now and just completed another visit. I had a new hygienist this time, Nicole, and was very pleased with her professionalism, dental insights, and friendliness.

It feels a bit like home when I visit. The receptionists are welcoming and I appreciate the instant recognition when Dr. Picot sees me. He remembers previous conversations and seems to be grateful for the opportunity to be my dentist.

Definitely would recommend this office for you and your family.

Don’t even bother making an appt. They will call you 30 minutes before to say they don’t take your insurance. I booked the appt WEEKS in advance and they didn’t tell me until that day. I also filled out a very long online form with all my information when I first booked the appt. They did tell me they were happy to take my money though without insurance. No apology, nothing. Do not put your trust in these people. Check my other reviews, I usually only review a business when it’s positive. But this is unacceptable. I have been trying to get a dentist appt ever since I was vaccinated bc I haven’t been in two years. Great patient care guys. I’ll be telling anyone and everyone I know not to come here.

The first time I went I was like this a very nice establishment, nice art, nice colors of paint on the walls, nice size rooms and top it off that took me by surprise they have flat screen tvs for u to watch ur Netflix or Hulu show. Very much so amazed. The ladies at the front desk was very nice both times I was there. Today I got a deep cleaning. Found out that I am a slacker when it comes to flossing. Like I knew I was but I definitely got confirmation today. TEHIA was great with me. Cleaned, scrapped, flossed, and polished my teeth. She is very polite and educated me about my mouth which is greatly appreciated because I know I need to do better. I met MARSCIA after my appointment who walked me through the coverage I have and explained everything to me so I can understand. I greatly appreciate it. Highly recommend SOUTHEND DENTISTRY!! Thank you so much SouthEnd Dentistry staff for a warm welcome every time I walk in to the office. I was very nervous about my wisdom teeth extraction, but my hygienist Eden talked me through the process and assured me that the process would not be bad. Dr Alegria was absolutely awesome. He listened intently to my needs during the procedure and helped me remain calm. Both Eden and Dr Alegria were very professional and comforting. Thanks for reducing my stress and educating me on dental care.

The technology here is so up to date, the rooms are like squeaky clean and when I tell you the service is great. From the front office ladies, to the hygienist and the dentist. Happy I made the decision to come here with being new to Charlotte. I will happily recommend to anyone!

I came in super scared for my wisdom teeth extraction it went so great. I was terrified but Devin & Dr. Sanders made it comical and a great experience. So glad I decided to come here and I recommend anyone that is apprehensive about dental work to come here, they make you comfortable!❤️❤️
