I have been a patient for well over a year...and my experience has always been great. I did hit a snafu with billing on one occasion; however the staff was very apologetic and we were able to work out a reasonable payment plan. Needless to say the staff is personable and Dr. Picot makes it a little easier to go to the dentist (who knew that was such a thing ;-)
I would highly recommend this dentistry. I would give it more stars but I only had the option of 5 ;-)

One could say, how could replacing a cracked crown be a pleasant experience? However, my recent experience at SouthEnd was just that. The front desk staff, dental assistants, Dr. Picot and Dr. Alegria are all wonderful. Through their professionalism, attentiveness, and caring personalities, I truly feel that my dental care is in great hands! I have been a patient for several years and this is a great place to come for your dental needs.

I’ve heard too many good things about Dr. Picot at SouthEnd Dentistry, so I drove 4hrs and 20 minutes to have him treat me. Great staff, nice ambiance, and GREAT WORK. He’s very knowledgeable, and took care of me. Now that his reach extends throughout the southeast, I wouldn’t be surprised if he goes global.

Had a cleaning and fluoride treatment done today! Always a great experience at Southend Dentistry. Staff is very friendly and answer all questions and Dr. Picot is great, he truly cares about his patients and their well-being!

Very unorganized and disappointed. I booked an appointment for a Saturday over a month out. The Thursday before my appointment they called to see if I could switch to Friday at 11am but I had a work meeting and said I wouldn’t be able to and wanted to keep my Saturday appointment. I then confirmed they took my insurance. When I showed up Saturday they said they didn’t have my appointment confirmed and couldn’t fit me in.

Legit love coming to dentist! Everyone is always so welcoming and inviting. I tried their online scheduling feature for the first time and it made everything more convenient and is just another reason why I love them even more. Don’t plan on going anywhere else - Dr Picot is my dentist as long as he’s practicing in Charlotte.

My dental hygienist, Nicole, did a spectacular job on my perio cleaning. This office exemplifies everything that a great dentist office should provide. Dr. Bradford and his team are the TRUTH! Highly skilled, professional, and knowledgeable of their craft. I got a filling done and I am normally terrified of needles in general, Dr. Bradford made sure I didn’t actually see the needle during local anesthetic and finished the filling in a timely manner! I have never had an easier filling experience in my life and I’ve tried numerous dentist before. If you are looking for a great dentist office, look no further cause THIS IS IT YALL!
