Dr Sanders was so awesome he keep it very straight to the point and made sure I was satisfied with my decision ! Brooke was also amazing with helping me understand payment options!! Don’t have any second thoughts with making them your home dentist thank a million times for helping me !!

Great service- friendly and engaging staff; state of the art equipment (I've never had a massage chair at a dental appointment!); and efficient service. Mauri (may have spelled her name wrong) is awesome! And Dr. Picot was great. Definitely recommend this practice!

Dr. Sanders and my dental hygienist, Karen, are wonderful! My experience was quick and detailed. The staff is very attentive and welcoming as well!

I went here to get my wisdom teeth removed as a first time patient. The office was lovely and very clean. The lady up front was nice and helped me fill out my insurance information and took my payment. The dental Assistant Deja (hopefully I'm spelling her name right) was amazing. She was so friendly and helpful. She answered all of my questions and helped make the experience great. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because of my experience with Dr. P. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing however he has a horrible bedside manner. He was rude, overbearing, and a little condescending. Luckily for him he actually is good at what he does. There was another doctor who came and did my stitches. I'm sorry I didn't get his name because he was very friendly and considerate. If he had done my teeth extraction instead of Dr. P this probably would've been a 5 star review.

Have had not so good experiences in the past with other dentists and so I was very surprised and pleased with how courteous and professional the staff here at SouthEnd was. They were all very friendly and kind!! Dr. Picot is just terrific! He is very knowledgeable and professional, and has a gentle disposition - GREAT for a dentist! I am so happy to have found such a wonderful positive environment for dental care!

This was my first time visiting a dentist since I moved to Charlotte and I had a great experience. The hygenist who cleaned my teeth was extremely personable and made me very comfortable. Dr. Picot was great as well. They took their time to see me on my first visit so I was able to meet the doctor and actually speak with him. They took time to explain everything to me as well. I did not feel like they were pushing me to do work that did not need to be done either. For instance, I have small calcium deposits on my teeth from braces and they gave me the option for treatment but it was not forced. When I was leaving the office I was able to sit down with someone and they went over all the details of the work done and costs associated with it on a screen which was helpful to see. Definitely recommend SouthEnd Dentistry!

New to Charlotte so I was looking for a new dentist, and thought this place was the perfect choice. I was only there for a Consultation, and could feel the tension in the room between the dentist and receptionist. I’ve never been to a dentist where you have to pay for half of your next visit up front before you get serviced. I couldn’t make the appointment because of having flu like symptoms, so I canceled my appointment. Months later I received a statement for $50 for not rescheduling an appointment. You can not just charge someone a fee because they decided not to reschedule with you, plus you guys owe me for the fee I paid up front and didn’t receive. Now I received another statement saying, I have to pay $130.30 for not rescheduling with them which is a complete joke. They’re claiming I received service in December when I didn’t even live in Charlotte. In fact I have proof because I got work from my previous dentist. I called serval times to resolve this situation, and each time that I call the new receptionist can’t even explain to me why I have this bill in the first place. She gave me a number to call, and told me to leave a message and they will call you right back. Well guess what I called this place and left three messages still waiting for someone to call me back for assistant. How can you ignore my messages and, then send another invoice please make it make sense.

Professional and Friendly!!! Moving to a new area is always hard and having to find a new dentist can sometimes harder. SouthEnd Dentistry made my first visit comfortable and I felt at home. The professionalism of the staff was above my expectations. It is apparent that they genuinely care about creating healthy smiles.

Clean and modern practice, extremely efficient with your time. If they suggested a special treatment they would tell you in real time your out of pocket cost after insurance, this is rare. All of the staff contributed to a genuine positive customer service experience that permeates in organizations with good leadership and great personnel.
