I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Picot and Staff. Everyone was professional and extremely friendly. My hygienist was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. It’s a very comfortable and inviting environment. I left feeling like all my concerns were address. I highly recommend South End Dentistry.

I can’t say enough about Southend Denistry. I had a dental emergency in which I was in a lot of pain. There wasn’t a lot of room in the schedule for the procedures I needed that day but Dr. Sanders and Brooke did all they could to work me in and get me taking care of! Brooke had so much empathy for my situation and was adamant in making sure I was able to get scheduled that day for my procedures. My teenage daughter was with me as well and had homework to do. Brooke set her up in a little space in the lobby to do her homework while I had my procedures done. I can’t even begin to describe the care Dr. Sanders gave me! His bedside manner is amazing! Bedside manner is very important to me as I have left the care of previous dentist due to their lack of empathy and poor bedside manner! He ensured I was comfortable during the entire procedure and when He saw I was nervous he talked to me and made sure I was not in any pain. He even called me the next day to check on me! Overall the experience was great! Me and my family have been patients for less than a year but I can assure you we have found our family dental team! Thanks again Dr. Sanders,Brooke, Marscia, and the rest of the Southend Dental Team!

I have been a patient for 6 years now and I can tell you the customer service is exceptional. Dr Picot and his staff always take care of me and make sure my needs are met, and the staff is alone very friendly. The location is tidy and organized. I would recommend SouthEnd Dentistry without reservation. Just recently had an appointment today and the staff is always tentative.
