Just had my new patient visit with Dr. Picot. Great experience! His staff is amazing and so friendly. Dr Picot was a pleasure to meet. By the time I left I felt well informed about my teeth and received a thorough treatment plan to address any health concerns. I look forward to future visits!

I can’t believe it’s been almost a year since first seeing Dr. Picot. I continue to have a such a wonderful experience each time I come to SouthEnd Dentistry. I was nervous about getting my root canal and fillings but I had nothing to worry about as all went well! I would definitely recommend Dr. Picot to my friends & family!

I love SouthEnd Dentistry. The dental hygienists are great! Very efficient with cleaning and super friendly. Dr. Picot is a great dentist. He'll never pressure you into doing something you don't want to, and he is very gentle. Also, the dental chairs are heated and have gentle massages. YOU CAN'T BEAT THAT!

Very friendly and through staff. I was nervous to visit a new office as I’ve had the same dentist for ten years. They made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. Dr Picot is extremely friendly and committed to find a plan that works for your specific needs.
The atmosphere is very upbeat and positive. I would strongly recommend this office to a friend!!

I went to Southend Dentistry for the first time for a cleaning and was told I had 6 cavities so I booked another appointment so they could fill them. Before I even came in for the cleaning, I asked if they accepted my insurance, which they told me they did. The night before I was supposed to get my 5 cavities filled, I was called and told that they actually do not accept my insurance. So not only was my cleaning not covered, but also my 6 fillings. They assured me on the phone that they could still fill 2 of my cavities for the same price (which I obviously declined). Unrelated - come to find in the future, another dentist actually found I had 7 cavities.

Months later I warned my friend of this occurrence because she had an appointment set the next day. So she called her insurance to double check that they take it (even though South End Dentistry said they did) and it turns out they don't accept that insurance either (it was different than mine).

I give this place 2 stars instead on 1 because everyone there was very nice and the atmosphere was great. But, these 2 occurrences that do not seem coincidental prompted me to write this review. Hopefully it's something they can improve because they have a great location and nice employees!

Dr Picot and his staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in their office. I was particularly concerned with what I perceived to be a dental issue. The team at South End Dentistry not only addressed my concerns, but also they did it with compassion and professionalism. I will absolutely be returning here!

I love Dr. Picot and his staff. I have extreme anxiety about the dentist and they always do everything to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Picot has done so much for my teeth, to make them healthy and improve my smile - I highly recommend them!!!

This was my first visit to SouthEnd Dentistry, but I can say that it won’t be my last. I have struggled to find a dentist that I liked enough and was comfortable enough with to keep as my regular provider. Dr. Picot and his well-trained, wonderful staff have put those concerns to rest. Everyone I encountered at the office today was a pleasure to meet. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care.
