This is by far the best dental experience I've ever had. What truly shines is the focus on patient education . The dental hygienist Tia educated me on how to care for and protect my teeth alao how to improve and foster gum health. I was quite eager to visit SouthEnd Dentistry as I was referred by a good friend. I booked an appointment on a Friday for a next day visit on Saturday.
I was elated I was able to be seen so soon, however an elation that was cut quite short. I arrived for my appointment Saturday morning, filled out paperwork, then taken to the back and answered questions from I believe a dental hygienist (she didn't introduce herself) as she was reading off questions from a screen her colleague slid her a post-it note. She explained that if I wanted to continue my visit that I would have to pay $350 out-of-pocket because they couldn't verify my insurance being that it was the weekend. OUCH. Very distasteful. I was escorted back to the front after declining to pay out of pocket. Instead I spoke to someone that said I could be rescheduled for first thing Monday as they should be able to reach my insurer early enough. Needless to say I was never contacted come Monday. That was humiliating and a waste of time. My search continues as should yours.

Dr. Sanders and his Assistant Devin was amazing and very professional! I’ve had a bad experience with getting my teeth done in the past and they reassured me that it wasn’t going to happen here and it didn’t! I was so nervous but, it went away. They made sure I was comfortable and was okay during the whole process. We even had a jam session ahahaha and I loved it! I have found my dentistry home <3

As a first time patient this was the best dental experience!! The entire staff was awesome - professional, very friendly and personable! Tia is excellent and very knowledgeable. Nicole was the absolute BEST! It had been a while since I'd visited the dentist so, I had quite a bit of work that needed to be done. She really took care of me (she deserves a raise). Not only was I educated on what was going on in my mouth, I was also equipped with the proper care and maintenance to keep up the excellent work Nicole had done! Thanks for the excellent customer service and for turning something mildly stressful into a great experience! Highly recommend.
