After my last dentist experience I was terrified and hadn’t been in a while. However I heard about Carolina Dental Arts from a guy employee promoting downtown one this year. Let’s just say From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. Staff greeted me and got me signed in. The dentist didn’t keep me waiting long. He walked me through and broke down what he was going to be doing. I can’t to go back for my next cleaning....

North side Dental was just what I needed, they were able to get me in the morning I called them and they assessed the problem and then they took care of it at a very reasonable price. I'm glad I found them!🤠👍

The atmosphere when you walk in is soothing and very professional. The staff is amazing and caring. My appointment was awesome. I was in and out. I'm very satisfied with the level of service and care. I highly recommend them!

This has been the best experience at any dentist I have ever visited. The staff is so comforting and offer such a peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended for those who may be like me and have a fear of the dentist.

I am a big baby when it comes to visiting the dentist. This was my first visit but Dr. Lobono and his staff were amazing and put me at ease. Front desk was amazing as well as the assistants. I would highly recommend!!

Staff who did my first exam and cleaning were great, but office staff at front desk have yet to call me back after 8 days now.
I called earlier and they said they'd call me back later that day, never got a call. Same when I was there in person and they said they'd call me back next day.
I'm not sure what's so hard about proper customer service here and following up with the customer after saying you would.

I've been going here for over 2 years and the service was good. However, the doctor was talking about getting my wisdom teeth removal and said that he could do it at the same office and I do not need to be referred to a surgeon. So I scheduled an appointment to get my wisdom teeth removed and took a 10 day vacation off from work for that purpose. Then they call me a DAY before the oppointment saying that the dr cannot do it and I need to be referred to surgeon and the procedure will not take place. They referred me to a surgeon that does not take my insurance and when I called they said well you just have to find another doctor yourself. So now I wasted a 10 day vacation and got nothing done! Now I can't take any time off from from work and I start college soon so I'm stuck with pain for another 6 months. This treatment was so unprofessional and they have no respect for the time of their patients! This is a dentist's office not a supermarket and it's not acceptable to mess with people's time like that. I will not be going back.

I have started seeing Dr Chris in Morrisville about 3 years ago then followed him to Raleigh
Because he is Absolutely the kindest Denist by far and I have had almost 40 yrs of dental work done.!!!
Trudy and the rest of the staff go over and beyond to help you!!😃
NOTE To OWNER of practice
I think Dr Chris Powell should have more help or more time in between patients for his sake,
He always is willing to do more than he always has time for. And this is unusual
Overall this place is an A+++++

I had to bring my little one with me to my appointment and let me say I don’t know if they enjoyed his company or he enjoyed his company more. They were so helpful. The whole experience was just amazing.
