I came to this dentist and spoke with him about treatment for my teeth. He was very pleasant and answered all my questions. I have many things that needed to be addressed and he was very straight forward. I like that . I told him I am scared of any dentist and he made it clear he would be easy and offered me meds to take before I got there. My front teeth were broken and he fixed them beautiful. I will recommend this dentist to everyone. He’s a very patient and calm manor type of person . I love it there I trust it there and I WILL be going back for all my care for my mouth. So if your scared of a dentist this is where to go. My smile is beautiful now cause of this dentist and his staff. Now I can smile big and talk to people and look them in the eye instead of hiding my face and looking down when I speak. They have changed my life . THANK YOU

While pregnant 🤰 I was in dire need of dental attention. The entire office catered to me. My dentist was super gentle and addressed all of my holistic concerns. This group is awesome all around from professionalism to even the bathroom always being clean! Great dentist!

I was very impressed by the fast response to our new visit request. The staff was very courteous and my daughter was excited I could be in the room using PPE. The hygienist was gentle yet thorough and our dentist was terrific in looking at all details in her mouth and took time to explain everything and made my daughter very relaxed. We are so grateful we found Northside.

I have been going here for years but this was the first time I’ve taken my 10 year old son. I like that I never have to wait long ( especially now!) the reception staff are always super friendly, fast and professional. The hygienist was friendly and had a great rapport with my son. The dentist was quick as there were no issues but like wise efficient and polite. Will definitely be repeat customers

Hands down 🙌🏻, by far the best Dentist office I have been too. Dr. Metwally and his team are amazing and very attentive on making sure that you are feeling welcomed and making sure that you are also fine while your whole treatment going on! I’m glad to say I have finally found my dentist that I’ll be going to for YEARS!!!

Very courteous, prompt, and attentive to our needs. Staff is considerate and flexible to coordinate appointments and provide referrals. They even offer assistance based on your insurance benefits and/or eligibility. The office size is quaint, decor is very charming, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Great location, easy to access right off the highway with popular restaurants and shopping nearby. My family enjoy coming here for our dental service.

An excellent dentist and a wonderful staff. This was my first visit and it was very quick and efficient. I did not have to wait for a long time. There was enough personnel in the office to get the paperwork done quickly, too, which was great. The doctor and his assistant were incredibly friendly and professional. Dr. Metwally was happy to address all my questions and concerns. The office is well maintained and even provides TV so you can be entertained while getting dental work done. I would highly recommend this office. Truly a great experience!

I’ve been going to this dental office for a little over 3 years now. From the receptionist greetings, dental assistant, and Dentist, I have received nothing less than top notch customer service, professionalism, and of course amazing work on my teeth. When I was told to return in October, you never really look forward to going to a dental office, but I kinda look forward to returning. This crew are a bunch of rock stars!
