Northside Dental

Where to begin? I came to Carolina Dental Arts a year ago after avoiding the dentist for a few years. They quickly identified the known issues and broke it down into prioritized areas, which they quickly took care of over the course of a few months. Had 4 wisdom teeth extracted a month ago, and a final filling caused by those pesky wisdom teeth today. Dr. Chris Powell does an excellent job along with his staff and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for transparency and professionalism.

Everyone in this office is absolutely amazing.
In the past I have had some pretty bad experiences with various dentists. I have hope that this will work out for me.

Great customer service- from the time you walk in the door with the front desk, the dental hygienist, to the dentist (owner). Very pleased with my visit and will continue to go to Northside Dental for me and my family’s needs.

My experience was definitely not a good one. The fact that I've been coming there for years with my kids made me think they would know their patient's. However my last visit my son got called a she, and girl too many times. I felt very offended. I myself have trained as an office assistant and I'm pretty sure that there was a patient list there that morning. So for my son to still get called a she after you seen his name bothered me. After my last visit I've decided to find a more kid friendly dentist moving foward.

This place is so awesome!!! The environment is clean with an upscale feel to it. The staff is extremely friendly.The absolute best part is that they do great work . They have all the latest technologies available in their field to provide you excellent detailed timely service Who even knew that was possible at the Dentist office. I promise you I was so over joyed and relieved to have found this place I have probably told a million people . I actually got a same day appointment for my first visit for a painful extraction.

Just want to shout out to Kristin/Tossi for your services. You guys help make the visit to the dental office much more pleasant trip.

Dr. Chris and his staff are incredibly friendly, professional and honest. I've had bad experiences before with dentists who made me feel like an insurance # and an extra co-pay. I've had 2 standard cleanings and some fillings and an overlay performed by Dr. Chris. He was warm and caring. I felt he was honest with me with the work that needed to be done, and was upfront as to the costs. I enjoy going to the dentist now because I feel the atmosphere and environment are relaxing and calming. I hope this practice flourishes because I truly enjoy working with Dr. Chris and his team.- Erica B.

I've been scared of the dentist my whole life, but everyone at Carolina Dental Arts took that fear away! The front desk staff is absolutely amazing! Dr.Powell and the hygienist were great and made me super super comfortable! It's overall a phenomenal environment !

I love this practice. Dr. Labono has the lightest touch, he’s funny, he’s caring, he’s very genuine. Susan, the dental hygienist, is the sweetest person. She does a good job, she’s Very caring and thorough. I would recommend this practice to everyone.

Kecia S helped me with some insurance issues and was thorough. She called and emailed me with updates and got the issue with Guardian resolved for me. Five stars to her and the front desk staff.
