Amazing dental practice! I cannot say enough great things! NSD fixed my crown that was done by a previous dentist. The previous dentists work was never correct. The crown never fit right, broke several times and they had to put it back in and it was painful each time. Northside Dental took me in and assessed the situation and fixed my crown.

So far, it feels better than the previous one EVER did. The doctor and the staff are so friendly and will take care Of you like family! I do not remember all of your names( sorry I am so bad with names) but please know how grateful I am!

I have found my forever dentist, even though my insurance does not include them as a provider. I will never go anywhere else!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me!!!! I will not forget your act of kindness and investment in my dental health. Thank you!

Oh I like this dental care more than any dentist office I have ever been to. I am 60 years old and I am ODC when it comes to keeping my teeth clean! They knew what they were talking about and were very helpful very cost conscientious and very informative of what was going on with my teeth. You know when you go to a mechanic they will tell you things that you need to do that you really don’t need to do? That was going on at my other dental office. Dr Chris Powell was very good about explaining what I should have done, and what I really don’t need to have done unless there is sensitivity to my teeth. He pointed out the concerns and told me my options with no pressure on any of it and being very conscientious on the cost and insurance coverage. Susan was very gentle while cleaning my teeth. Chrissy was very good at gathering information and asking pertinent questions and being very patient with me giving my response to her questions. She did the wing-bite x-rays and was a little rough and left sore spots in my mouth that day and the next day. But that can be a hard thing to do on my mouth because it is a very little and not much room to work in. I would highly recommend Carolina dental arts!

Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable! My whole family loves going in for a check-up, which is amazing considering it is a dental office! I highly recommend this office for all ages!

I’ve only had one Family Dentistry that I’ve gone to since I was 18! After that I haven’t been to a dentistry in over 2 years! I’m 22 now and I had to make myself an appointment to see A dentist. I found Northside Dental on Raleighs Community Facebook group and read a lot of good reviews on this dentistry. I had my appointment today 11/10/2020 and I am 100% pleased with the services they gave. The dentist/assistants were EXCELLENT! They made me feel comfortable and they were so friendly and kind, not to mention getting me in and out in less than an 1 hour! They were very precise in there feedback as well! I can finally say I’ve found a “Forever Home” with Northern Denistry!!!!!

1. The desk staff is great, consciences and helpful. Incredibly friendly.

2. Dr. Metwally is a perfectionist, so my temporary bridge is a work of art, literally he worked and worked on it so I looked my best for the interim two weeks before I get my permanent bridge.

3. The staff in the back is amazing, thoughtful, conscientious, and fun.

I could not be happier, honestly they set the bar for a great practice or office of any type.

We come from Johnston County for Dr. Chris and his staff! Despite the fact that we're at the dentist, we always have a good time and love all of the very professional and personable staff members. The office is beautiful and very soothing. They are skilled and have the latest cutting edge training, approaches and equipment. My boyfriend had panic attacks in the past and felt completely comfortable and at ease here. Can't recommend this place enough! Thank you for making the dentist a pleasurable experience! ( can't believe I just said that !lol)

If I can give zero star to this place i will do it with open hands .i called 8times no body answered.limited stuff and an experienced dentist.

Had a major procedure done yesterday and am happy with the results. The staff are all professional and caring and made me feel I was in good hands. Dr Metwally and his assistant worked for 2 1/2 hrs on me, and throughout kept me abreast of what they were doing and asking how I was. Sent me off with meds and instructions. Would recommend this practice.

I always have a good experience here. The woman who cleans my teeth is always so gentle and thorough. First time I’ve been able to relax in a dental chair. They get me in and out quickly each time and everyone is always so friendly.
