Dr Powell is the best dentist anywhere. He is the only dentist my family feels comfortable with. Professional, knowledgeable, and affordable. You wont find a better dentist and caring staff.

The staff greeted me with such happiness and smiles! They asked me if I’d like something to drink. The gentleman at the desk was helpful answering all my questions. Within minutes I was taken in the back, X-rays were taken, a painless cleaning was given. The hygienist was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of tips on care. Dr. Lobono was my dentist he looked and told me what needed to be done with my teeth at the current time. A plan was made...Doctor Lobono is the best dentist I’ve ever had, I wasn’t ready to lose my dentist so I followed him here from Fayetteville for care.

She has gone beyond the call of duty to provide the upmost high quality assistance to me and does it every time with a smile and a sense of humor. She listens, understands, and takes immediate action in addressing my concerns each and every time I visit the office. Trudi is an important part of the daily operations at that office and needs to be recognized for her outstanding work, customer service, and attention to detail. I was searching for a local dentist close to work and home and wandered across Carolina Dental Arts. I have gone to see them twice now for a routine cleaning and an extraction and I can say that both times were very pleasant experiences. I would highly recommend the office for the atmosphere, friendly and personable staff, and the excellent care and attention shown during my visits!

I had a root canal procedure done on 2/19/13. Not having had one before, and hearing a lot of horror stories about what a painful procedure it is, I was apprehensive to say the least. However, Chris and his people at Carolina Dental have such a great "chair side" manner, and are so good at what they do, I was actually quite comfortable throughout the procedure. I have had a lot of dental work done recently at Carolina Dental. For the first time in my life I can say I'm not afraid of the dentist any longer...these good folks anyway. I just hope they are around for at least as long as I am (a bit selfish I know, but hey I'm allowed). I highly recommend them for any dental work that you may need (or have needed for a long time).

As someone who struggles with anxiety, especially around dentists and dental work, just making a dental appointment is daunting task. Not to mention we're in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, from the first after hours contact I made for my dental emergency to the time it took to complete the work, Dr. Metwally and the staff at Nothtside Dental went above and beyond to ensure that my emergency was handled expeditiously while still maintaining their focus on my comfort and mental state. I would also like to mention that the dental work itself was the most painless and flawless that I've ever received in my life. I highly recommend Northside Dental and am very lucky to have stumbled upon it myself.

Update 2/18/2021 - I've continued visiting Northside Dental 🪥 for all of my check ups, cleanings, x-rays and unfortunately for me fillings and crowns 👑, but continue to be blown away by the impeccable service and care of the entire staff. The attention to detail is truly above and beyond anything I had grown accustomed to when I forcibly dragged myself to the dentist. Honestly, the genuine lack of care or concern for my overall well being is what drove me to reject and avoid all dentistry as a wholefor over eight years. That being said I am extremely fortuitous to have found the right dentist office for my smile and will regularly visit Northside Dental for as long as they take my insurance.

The office is modern and clean with TVs (and headphones) in each of the dental bays.

"Dr. Chris" and the staff are extremely friendly and does high quality work. I have had so much dental work done over the years and this is the only place that provided a relatively pain free experience and did a great job on my fillings!
