This place is money hungry!!! They are not trying to help you!!! I came in to get my wisdom tooth looked at because I was in so much pain. They barely looked at my teeth all they said is both wisdom teeth needed to be pulled immediately. They said that was all they could do , so they referred me to a oral surgeon. Before I left I asked can I get sometime of pain medicine she goes we aren't allow to do that. She said continue to take aspirin. At that time, I was in so much pain I could barely eat! So yesterday I went to get a second opinion at Family Dentistry. The Doctor said ma'am there is nothing wrong with your wisdom teeth. Your gums are swollen because bacteria got in the gums causing them to get infected that is why you have pain. I want to say I will never ever come back to Carolina Dental Arts again!

I cannot praise this office enough! I had a dental emergency and just moved to the area. They got me in same day. I was in an out within an hour for a tooth extraction and I'm having no pain! By far the most affordable we found while calling around. Thank you so much!

After searching for years to find a dentist office in Raleigh that I could trust feel good about going to, I was so happy to find Dr. Napoli and Carolina Dental Arts. The office is clean, and the entire staff is friendly and courtrous. Dr. Napoli is extremely professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly. She really puts her patients at ease, as do the hygienists. It has truly been a positive experience for me during each appointment I have had and I am so glad I have found Carolina Dental Arts amd Dr. Napoli.

Place of business is beautiful and my dentist hygienist was very friendly can’t wait to get my work done.

Ok, so let me tell y'all...this place EXCEEDED my expectations of what a dental clinic would be...the facility is in one word, Luxurious. It was clean and so relaxing, kind of like a spa. But what I enjoyed most was the staff, they presented themselves with proper etiquette and were also very friendly.

Update: 11-2021 POOR RECORD KEEPING: If I could give this office Zero Stars, I would. They keep terrible records!
I have been going to this Northside Dental office ever since they bought the practice several years ago. Every visit, I am asked to fill out the same three forms, upon every visit. (See my original complaint of not emailing these forms to patients.)
At my July '21 visit, I was asked to fill out the same three forms again. When I asked why, I was told that this office (Northside Dental) does not have any of my personal information records SINCE 2012!! Then, after waiting 15 minutes in the dental chair for the Hygienist, I left without any services performed.
Later, I called this office to transfer my records to my new dentist office. The new dentist office did NOT receive my complete records from Northside Dental. (I am not surprised!)

This dentist office will bombard you with multiple emails and text reminders about your upcoming appointment. But they will NOT email you the 3 pages of forms you have to review and complete when you arrive at that appointment.

Carolina Dental Arts at Falls of Neuse is quite outstanding, and I’m definitely not one who enjoys a visit to the dentist. The dental practice resembles a luxurious spa with stunning modern décor, ambient lighting, large HDTVs, Keurigs, and lovely employees. First and foremost, the dentist and staff are absolutely amazing. Dr. Roth/Powell are very professional, thorough, swift and down to earth. Their work is immaculate. The dentists and support staff utilize the best of tricks to keep you from focusing on worrisome shots, and the big screen LEDs keep you engaged elsewhere. Mary-Jean is passionate and polite with every checkup. Sophia the patient care coordinator delivers the most mesmeric smile and attitude that will melt away the worst of your bad days in a heartbeat, with unparalleled professionalism and charm; the quintessential office employee! You’ll always be greeted with the warmest welcome, and leave with the most amazing smile. She even followed up after an appointment with a special mailer with instructions that allowed me to get medical reimbursements for an elective treatment I wanted! I look forward to my next visit and certainly recommend this office and wonderful staff to everyone. -TG

I had a dental emergency today, and Dr. Chris Powell and his assistant Michele came to my rescue. I couldn't imagine a better experience. As soon as the problem occurred, I called the office and Linda got me in right away. Then Dr. Powell and Michele assessed the situation, explained my options and corrected the problem on the spot! I highly recommend Carolina Dental Arts!

I'm always about an authentic experience as a Yelper. Carolina Dental Arts definitely had me fooled .I've gone there over the past year for one cleaning and two separate fillings. The office is clean and modern, definitely impressive. I've had the male and female dentist there, they are both nice and friendly.

My issues came with my last visit.

I had 3 or 4 fillings, seemed pretty routine. The issues came after, when I was experiencing extreme sensitivity and pain from 2 of the fillings. Not pleasant to say the least. At that point, I went home outside of DC to visit family and get the corrective work done there. I really didn't want to give Carolina Dental Arts any more of my money at that point.

Where it gets worse is when I start receiving someone with the last name Warner's mail form them around February...it didn't have my name on it and was pretty over CDA at that point so I just tossed them in the garbage.

That was until 3 weeks ago when one came with the same weird name and the large print of COLLECTIONS across it. I figured I should at least tell them that if they were trying to collect, they were trying to get someone who doesn't live at my address.

Well, come to find out, it was Carolina Dental Arts, FOR ME. The hardest part with all of this is that I've paid my bill upon check out EVERY time. After receiving the collections notice I called their office. Monica, I believe answered, and I explained my plight.

She said that the bill was meant for me and that I needed to pay it because of a change in my insurance. Changes happen, I totally get that. But when I asked when they had tried to call and notify me, her response was "we don't, we send statements"...Statements are all fine and well, so I asked if she had any other due diligence procedures for trying to contact their patients, she said no.

She then asked "Well, Warner used to be your name, right??"'..My name has never changed and I''m shocked and appalled that over the course of three visits none of the front office staff took the time to actually verify my information before taking my money.

So I asked for a record of the statements and for the office manager to call me. Neither has happened, and another lovely collections statement has arrived at my doorstep.

Words of advice, USE WITH CAUTION AND MAKE SURE YOUR INFORMATION IS CORRECT, because they obviously aren't going to catch it. I'd hate for this to happen to anyone else. No one needs to get their credit scored messed with over some damn fillings y'all -_-
