Horrible experience. This place is awful. They do not care about you. Do not waste your time with inconsiderate staff.

My experience was to go in and have 1 tooth removed that was causing me pain. However aspen decided to completely ignore my pain and do a complete review of my mouth which was fine except I went in to pull 1 tooth. I was there 3 and 1/2 hours and left without any oral surgeries done and a bill for over $20,000 in work they were ready to charge my insurance and me.
My response was “fine” can we start with my one tooth that’s in pain? They wanted half the money upfront to pull a tooth and nobody was available to extract the tooth until the next day. I have never been shook down so quickly in my life.

I was extremely clear what I needed and they were extremely clear that checking Emergency on the paperwork means nothing to them.

I had the best experience at a dentists office ever. Everyone was so sweet & kind. They worked with me for a long time to get my work covered by my insurance. They made sure I knew what was going on at all times. They explained everything thoroughly.
I can't wait to get back to get my work done.
I'd recommend Aspen Dental to everyone. Thanks Aspen.

I absolutely loved my experience with this dentist office. The front office personnel was very professional and full of life. My dental surgeon Kendall Sims was very professional and personable. The wisdom teeth extraction didn’t even feel like it took that long. The staff was awesome just an overall great experience for such a scary serious procedure

I went in for some mouth pain and they located the problem and got me set up with a treatment plan. Now, 3/4 of the way through my treatment plan, I couldn’t be happier. They are a little pricey, but I think that’s just dental work in general. And they were more than happy to help me with a financing option for my extractions. I’ll be returning in December for the last part of the plan. To be clear, I did have four wisdom teeth removed together without being put to sleep, but Dr. Carlos was amazing at relieving any stress or worries, and it wasn’t as bad as it sounds. 💖💖

Not much to tell about today's visit it was long hard and painful but necessary. My biggest problem is getting dentures that fit. It has been almost six weeks sense my extractions and on my second set of dentures and still having trouble getting ones that fit.
Plus the phone system is the worst. Have tried several times to call to talk with someone about a problem but haven't been able to get a live person yet. It's as if they want to discourage anyone from calling. I live about fifteen miles away and it's almost easier to drive to the office then to call. Because of the phone and denture problem I gave them two stars.

My experience wasnt bad. It was actually pretty good. The only complaint i have really is the dentist not being very personable i guess. I asked him some questions about scheduling more dental work and he just gave me a flat answer of that he only is there to do the work. He could have told me yes you can definitely schedule anything you need right up front but he didnt say that. He could work on being more personable and not just there to do the work and thats it. It makes people feel uncomfortable when you dont have good customer service. Just because you are the dentist doesnt mean you cant inform patients on what they can or cant do. Ya know. Other than that everyone was nice.

I actually tried to give this office a second chance. I needed a crown. Went in for my initial consultation power out had to go back take off work the next morning. Had consultation and now have an appt for crown for prep on a Monday night at 3;00pm. They start on the prep had a problem with shaving my back tooth because my mouth was to small after a couple hour of attempting to do this the doctor says you will have to come back the next morning to give more time. So again took off the whole day of work this time prep completed or so I thought. Back tooth was left with a root exposed though it now has a cap. I go back again they put a composite about the cap on it because come to find out they could not get the old cap off because it is cemented on. So now I just wait for bridge to come in. I get a phone call the day before my schedule bridge appt and they say your bridge has to come in. Then now a week later today they call a said I need to come back in and get new impressions the first one were not any good. I hung up on the girl I am so mad. Speechless. Any advise? I needed this completed by the end of year for my cruise and now I cant even get it in time. UPDATE CALLED THE 1866 NUMBER LISTED BELOW THIS POST THEY ALSO GOT NO WHERE WITH THIS OFFICE, THE OFFICE WORKERS ARE THE WORST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH AND I WORK IN CUSTOMER! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE.

Went to an appt here several months ago for a check up and a cleaning. I recently moved to the area and hadn't found a new dentist, so figured I'd try here since I could get an appt rather quickly. Had X-rays done and a check up then I was told I have gum disease and would need a special deep cleaning with some antibiotic stuff..okay. I thought that was odd since it's not like I hadn't had my teeth cleaned in years and years, but whatever. The hygienist asked me if my old dentist had mentioned that I had gum disease...which he hadn't. The dentist examined my teeth and basically went on for awhile about all the work I need done...okay. I'm not 18 years old or anything so that part I could see being accurate. I was then sent to a waiting room where I waited thinking I was going to be waiting to get my teeth cleaned...no. I was waiting for an astronomically priced care plan I guess. The receptionist lady came and said they were waiting for an authorization fax from my dental insurance but for some reason their fax machine wasn't working, but here's my care plan and it was for THOUSANDS of dollars. The deep cleaning was priced over $700! The receptionist asked that I wait for a few to see if they get the authorization fax from my insurance, so I did. I waited another 10 or 15 minutes and she said their fax machine still wasn't working so I could go home and they'd call me. I went home and never received a call for which I'm thankful. I finally was able to get an appt at a different dentist near my home that I waited several months for. They did the cleaning and an exam at the first appointment, I do not have gum disease (which Aspen Dental said was "incurable" and I'd have it for life) and I don't need the thousands in dental work that Aspen quoted me. The staff was very nice though, just their pricing and tactics are not legitimate.

I had 4 teeth pulled on Friday. Tiffany was awesome. She was so calm, comforting and really helped with my anxiety. Thank you so much Tiffany.
