I had a really good experience, especially with it being my first time there. I did not have an appointment, just a last minute walk-in. My wait time was not too long & I was able to get the problem taken care of on the same visit. Dr Alexander was great & made me feel so comfortable.

The staff is very friendly at Aspen Dental. For all your dental needs I would recommend anyone to their service. Dr.Alexander provides great service overall

Aspen Dental, what to say...
I have always been afraid of the dentist. I also have High anxiety. So when I went there for the first time I didn't know what to expect. I expected the worst.
Upon arrival I checked in, and was treated kindly. I had xrays done, and found out I had to have extractions. I knew my teeth were bad with infection but I didn't realize how bad. Normally that news would send anyone away running, however the dentist, Dr. Alexander had such a positive excited vibe, it was impossible to be afraid that day. He explained everything that had to be done and I left that exam room excited myself! Then I met with the billing lady, (btw I have no insurance)she worked with me, got me and outstanding rate, and discount! She was very informative and caring! The entire staff there is informative and caring actually! I had to have a cleaning done before I could have my extractions done. The Lady who did the cleaning was amazing, very gentle and again informative!
Then my procedure, did I mention I have REALLY bad anxiety? Also need to state I'm deathly afraid of needles. When it was time for my extractions I was all over the place within myself. Dr. Alexander was very patient with me, and very understanding. He made sure I was comfortable moving forward, and after I made myself go forward with the procedure he began. He made sure I was numb from spray before the numbing needles ever came close to me.. and then the numbing process, he made sure I was NUMB NUMB. He wanted me to be comfortable, And I was!!! He turned on some jazzy music and began. I had my eyes closed because my anxiety, but he and the nurse talked me through it all. I'm a artist so to me I felt like he was making a masterpiece; and he was! After I was done the nurse told me my teeth were beautiful and I literally about cried bc it's been YEARS since I've heard that or even thought that about myself. I picked up my medication and went home. The next day I needed to go back to make sure I was healing properly, and have any places I needed fixed on the dentures.
Have you ever taken pain meds on a empty stomach?? If not then fyi you get REALLY nauseous. I took my medication before I left the house bc I was already sore and I didn't know how much my gums were gonna be hurting in the office, and when I got there I got so sick, I ended up on the cold floor in my exam room with a paper towel and fanning myself. The nurse was so understanding and let me have all the time I needed to regroup, I was just ready to get outta there. Dr Alexander called me in some nausea medicine and I went home. After I got home and was able to eat some soup, I realized there was a place scraping my tongue so I called and was able to go the next day to have it fixed. Now that that place isn't hurting I realized there is another spot that needs to be fixed. So I called and have another appointment set up, and they were happy to do so! I personally feel like a pain in the butt bc, I've been there everyday this week, but I understand that it's a process. Every single time I go in the office the staff makes me feel like a top priority and I just cant thank them enough. I also want to mention that this is a time during covid19 and the cleanliness of the facility and staff is outstanding! I'm so happy I decided to go with aspen dental in Millington Tn. I give them 11 out of 10 stars all around!
I love my dentures, and I can't wait to get my permanent set in 6 months! To the entire team at Aspen Dental, from the staff I met to the people I didn't, Thank you for going above and beyond, but mostly, thank you for giving me my smile back!

This is a great place for dental services. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable about dental services. The first place that I decided to go to needing much dental work and I am elated. I highly recommend this place to anyone. If you have no insurance they will work out a payment plan for you according to your income. I am so glad that I chose this place. Thank you Aspen staff.

Aspen Millington didn’t hesitate to schedule me a same day appointment for a severe toothache after I got the runaround from 8 other dentist. They took great care of me. My wait wasn’t long, I was in and out about an hour later. Will definitely be back!!!!

I have been a patient ever since the Millington location opened. Was so impressed by the quick, professional and pain-free care I was given. I originally rated this establishment 5 stars.

After my most recent experience I have to drop my rating down to 3 stars. Very difficult reaching them to make an appointment. After 3 months of calling and leaving messages ( which required many prompts to press 1, press 2, etc. before even being able to leave a voice message)...I finally had to drive to the office and go to the desk to ask for an appointment.

When I arrived today after about 30 minutes it was determined they had written down the wrong tooth and procedure for my visit. Took a while for me to be clear what my visit was to address.

My appointment once I'm taken to the back for this procedure normally takes an hour or so...today I was in the chair for 3 hours. (At the office for 4 hours total.) The work had to be redone 4 or 5 times and I left with an extremely rough jagged temporary crown/ tooth to deal with while awaiting a permanent crown.

I will amend this review if when I return for my permanent crown my experience is better. Supposed to be ready to seat the permanent crown in approximately 2 weeks.

When the head dentist in charge... is treating me...everything is Quick, Professional and pain-free! He's super busy so I'm not always that lucky! He is amazing, but unfortunately those around him are not at his level. It matters!

Office staff is very friendly and professional! From the front desk to the patients' area, I felt comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Alexander is so warm and has an innate ability to put you at tremendous ease throughout the duration of your visit. Tracey knows exactly what is going on from A-Z with my dental care so I can trust what she says. Erica did a phenomenal job on my cleaning and scaling! Caleb is terrific at being thorough and transparent when discussing the business side of things which I truly can appreciate. I am so happy I found Aspen Dental!

I went for a tooth extraction of an infected tooth. I was in severe pain. The staff was very nice and Dr. Alexander was great. He was comforting during the process and talked me through it. The process was so quick. I will definitely be going back.

Great group of people. Customer service was their main focus; I appreciate that.
