The best dentist I have ever been to in my life . My future All of the staff was professional . The office / bathroom was clean . They give you options on services to fit your budget . You are gonna be comfortable in the chair . They make you get a tooth pulled with a smile . I will never go to another dentist unless they relocate .

I was seen on time but spent at least an hour waiting for the final check and payment. If they could speed up the bottle neck after seeing the dentist I would give 4 stars. The 5th star is missing because I don’t understand how this dentist is so expensive with insurance. They also said I needed to make a deposit to schedule my cleaning and filling. I have never heard of that. But I guess they just have a fear of people not paying.

Finally got in touch with Aspen Dental (not the office manager, but some flunky) after several attempts over the past week. They say, “We’d be happy to schedule you for the 15th, but we will need payment up front.”

I expected that. What I didn’t expect, they say the price they quoted me when I was in the office was for Dr. Alexander (their dentist who would only use local anesthesia)), but that if I wanted the oral surgeon (who would use sedation) it would be nearly $1900. They never made the distinction to me when they made the original quote.

If that wasn’t bad enough, their dental financing denied me, saying my credit is too low. According to the credit report my wife pulled, my credit is well over 700. Aspen’s financing says my credit is 480ish. Now, I could understand 50-60 points difference, but nearly 300? Oh, but they’re more than happy to sign me up for their other financing option...at 28% interest.

This place is a complete racket.

The staff is very professional and courteous, Tiffany was absolutely amazing, she walked me through the process and made me very comfortable and at ease , I was nervous going in but she made my visit excellent. I would recommend this office to everyone in need of dental care. Thank you Tiffany for being so caring and professional.

This was a complete waste of my time! The customer service was great and everyone was friendly, but they never addressed or did anything to fix the tooth that I came in for. I came in for an emergency visit for a large filling that cracked and was coming out causing pain. I spent 3 hours there having Xrays, 3D imaging, and gum evaluations done. When all that was done, they sent me to financial. The "office manager" (financial person) was very polite and friendly. The end solution they came up with was for me to pay almost $3000 to let them pull 3 teeth and a scaling (deep cleaning for periodontal disease). That price also included 3 crowns, but not the root canals. They said they couldn't perform the root canal there and would have to refer me out. So they didn't offer antibiotics or pain medication or anything to solve the PAIN I came in for to begin with! Okay all that aside my problems with this place were: #1 I spent 3 hours there with them knowing once they looked at my teeth they would not be able to fix the tooth causing pain, but never told me that or allowed me the opportunity to leave and go somewhere that could solve it...instead they wasted 3 hours of my time. #2 $3000 for 3 crowns, 3 extractions, and a scaling WITH INSURANCE is ridiculously overpriced(The quote before insurance was over $10,000), especially considering that doesn't even include the cost of the office visit or root canals! #3 I left the office with no solution for the pain I was in and wasn't even offered one beyond they could do the scaling at a cost of over $1000 to try to remove some infection and relieve part of the cause of the pain. Scaling is fairly painful in itself (I just had one done last November so it really shouldn't be needed again for at least a few months to a year) because they basically lift your gums and clean under. This would offer no permanent solution to my pain and only cause additional short term pain. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Save your time and go where they can actually treat your pain without trying to send you into bankruptcy!

This place is a joke! I do NOT reccomend them. I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning. I had never been here before. I get there and they take all these fancy xrays that takes about 45 mins. The dentist comes in and pokes around then tells me I need all this work done. They take me to their "green" room to wait to talk to their financial person. There was one person ahead of me who had already been waiting about 15 mins there. I just got up and left. THEY DIDN'T EVEN CLEAN MY TEETH!! That's all I wanted. They said I would have to come back for that because they were about to close.

As a patient, its frustrating calling to schedule an appointment. The automated system is horrible. My appointment was 7:30a. I arrived early, but doors didn't open until after 7:30a. The girl at the front desk was unapologetic for the lateness. I returned to the office hoping to have a permanent filling put in, but they tried to give me a crown instead so they could bill me $1200 that day. They did not communicate with American Family Dentist of Collierville, the place that they referred me to for the root canal. It was very odd being the patient and explaining to a new DDS what the follow up was for. Its like no one cared enough to read my file or anything. They didn't x-ray upon bringing me back to check the progress of the tooth in question. Then it got worse. The shot to numb the pain was horribly painful. The TV in the room was fuzy. There's no regard for continuity of care and being punctual. The care here is based on profit, rather than what's best for your dental hygiene and overall health. Also, they try to do things without explaining and just expect you to lay back and open wide. No time for questions and patient education. Just have your money upfront. While some people don't mind this, I'm not used to this standard of patient care.

I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy! I went for a wisdom teeth extraction . My appt was at 2:30 I was not seen until 5:45 .. needless to say i hadnt eaten or drank since the night before ! Then the credited my down payment to someone else's account , THEN left a piece of lower wisdom teeth in . They called me to tell me i had a 300$ on my account when i only paid for what i had done. So i sit here today waiting to speak to someone , and ive been here for an hour already . This place is a joke!
