Honestly I can't brag on them enough in the Millington office. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk to the assistants Danielle and Haley were great. Dr Alexander also took awesome care my teeth and never showed any signs of judgement. Price wise they try every possible option to help you so yes I have give them the best possible rating!!!

I would avoid this place at all cost. They are completely unorganized and extremely slow. I went for a crown and they took xrays in my first visit and set up "a plan" to do the crown on my next. My next visit was cancelled on the day of and when I rescheduled they redid all the xrays from my first visit that was only 3-4 weeks prior. Not only that it took hours.... HOURS to do this. I was the first appointment at 7:30am, they opened late. I then had to sign in and wait in my truck for them to be ready for another 15 minutes. Once they called me in I waited in the exam room again. Once xrays were done for the second time they made me wait in another room for 45 minutes. I then couldn't get an answer on why we were repeating everything we just did a couple weeks ago. Needless to say this visit too 2 hours, for xrays they already did, just to set up another appointment, again, to get a crown. Unless you have a lot of time and money on your hands that you like to waste I highly recommend staying far away from this joke of a place. I would give them zero stars but that is not an option...

This office is great! Front desk staff (Brittney) is over the top helpful. My daughter is a student at UOM and while visiting her from out of state she needed to see a dentist immediately! Brittney was able to get us in same day! Did my heart good to know my daughters toothache will be resolved before I leave. I would strongly recommend this office if you want a professional and caring experience!

Erica the Dental Hygienist was absolutely fantastic. I hope she never leaves. Dr . Alexander was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. Tracey, Melissa and Katelyn were great. They really made me feel like they cared. Glad I had my dental work done here.

Great experience, a little slow for the dentist to get in the room but once he did arrive he was very pleasant whenever stuff with me did a great job. Now as for the I'm not sure what she is but the one that goes over your financial part of what you need to have done to your mouth. She did not listen to the dentist or she was just trying to give me the most expensive options which I did not appreciate once I reminded her of what the dentist actually said Give me the more reasonable option that I offered. Felt like she was pushing to go the most expensive route if I had not paid attention to what he said that's the way I would have went.

My experience at Aspen Dental was GREAT! They are not a retail Dentist, they don't just fix a tooth, they fix your whole Dental Profile. They tell you everything that needs to be done to get you back smiling again! Dr. Alexander and Dr. Bird are so personable and make you feel very comfortable. The assistant Payton was very professional and fun, she made the visit enjoyable! Now how often do you hear that about a Dental Visit. I recommend Aspen Dental to any and everyone who desires a beautiful smile!

This was a bittersweet experience, I didn’t have to wait long to get to the back, however, while getting my x-ray and exam done the nurse was asking me questions while I have a piece of equipment shoved in my mouth. It took and hour and a half for the actual dentist to walk in look at everything and give me a suggestion in 4 or 5 minutes without addressing the pain I came in for. Finance was supposed to have called me to talk about costs because I couldn’t waiting any longer than I had already for them. Still haven’t received a call. The staff was friendly just the process was a bit tedious.
