Dr. Karr was amazing. Very sweet and made me feel comfortable. Also very reasonable to get my tooth pulled.

Your staff were very friendly, polite. I just couldn’t believe there was $14,589.20 dollars worth of dental work to be done. I don’t even make that a year, being on disability. As it is, it will just have to go as it’s been. I was hoping for a better result. Maybe I can get a Dental Insurance I can afford, that will cover it. I’m thinking that $14,xxxxxxx would cost me $300-$500 a month to get payed off plus interest. That should buy a great Insurance. Creighton Taylor

Made an appointment to get new upper denture mine broke so they xray poke scratch the few bottom teeth i have. I made it clear im not wanting to do any work to them now i want a new upper plate they are just sales peaple wanting to up sale. never made the impression my appointment was for was just told i need to schedule a cleaning. Waste of time like 3 hours

My husband & I were extremely displeased with our time at Aspen Dental. My appt. time was 4:30 & I walked in 5 mins. til & the receptionist said i was 15 mins. late & would have to reschedule. She never even asked if I had completed the new patient ppwk from the website. I was finally seen after the receptionist spoke to someone in the back for a second time. My husband & I, both, didn't like the dentist. As for me, the dentist didn't want to do a full bottom denture. Only talked to me about another partial, which I'm tired of dealing with. The dentist even rolled her eyes at me. The finance lady was even on the snoody side.

Worst dental office, I have ever experienced!!!!! My husband went in for a routine exam, xrays and cleaning over 6 months ago. The day of service we paid our portion that was due and aspen dental told us they were in network with our dental insurance, delta dental, and they would submit the claim. Four months after the appointment I received a bill that our insurance didn't cover portions of the cleaning and our insurance sent us a check. I called my insurance to explain this. My insurance NEVER received a claim from aspen dental. I went into the Aspen Dental on I-40 to handle this myself. Joe, the office manager, was not only rude and smirking as I was frustrated and complaining to him, but he resolved nothing. I had him talk to my insurance on my cell phone to confirm, no claim was ever submitted. He then told me he needed to talk to corporate department regarding this claim and he would get back to me with a resolution. I asked him if I could have corporates phone number and he told me that he legally couldn't give me that number. That was clearly a lie because I was able to google it. Corporate then had a three way call with my insurance, which they then realized the claim was being submitted wrong. This was by far the worst experience and headache I have ever experienced with a dental office. Based on my interaction alone with, Joe the office manager, I will insure my family will stay clear and far of this office. Hopefully one day this office will have an office manager who respects patients and handles problems properly.

I came in to get upper dentures for the first time. Would take too long to go thru the six months it took before I finished.
First impressions were made wrong: wrong size holder for cast and several tries to make the dentures that could not possibly fit work. Relief dentist came in finally and they decided to start over. Three months after I started.
Different "crew" made next casting. Better, but still would not even stay up when I opened my mouth. Worked a couple of more times to "fit" them. Then told to wait a few more months.
After three more months, lots of denture glue would hold them in to eat one meal. They rocked so much, they would fall loose after that. Went in for the "final liner"
Third crew. They took out all the previous "fit" stuff. Was better but not good. I showed them the rocking. They fiddled with it awhile until I decided to leave.
All of the office staff very nice, but I'm sure they are very thankful to be rid of me. At the end, I was not very nice.
I'm done!

Extremely pleased. There was a pleasant, professional and friendly atmosphere. Rooms were clean. Patient's comfort was a priority. Dentist explained and answered questions. Financial obligations were explained. Nurse was personable. They honored their promotion. All of the staff was great! A five star!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Aspen in Amarillo 2102! I will be referring all my family and friends to go there. Krista took great care of me! My gums are in bad shape and she was very sweet and made sure I was as comfortable as I could be while she worked on my teeth. The rest of the team was great as well everyone was very friendly! Thank you so much!!!

Generally everyone hates going to the dentist and I'm no exception!! Having said that, this place has great dental staff and makes the experience so much better.

My only qualm is the front desk staff...... I know they are paid less than hygienists and doctors and less professionally trained/experienced, but when I'm paying hundreds of dollars for services please don't make me feel like I'm at a fast food restaurant(which was maybe their last employer) :-)

P.S. If you have issues with billing/insurance or questions about services performed, always call the Aspen corporate number, much more helpful.

Everyone is so very friendly! I'm usually very nervous when it comes to dentists and they made me feel right at home. They explained everything in a way that set my mind at ease. I would recommend them to anyone!
