Every one greets you with a handshake. Great customer service. The wait time was so short I was there for maybe five minutes before they called me back. I definitely recommend this place even if you hate going to the dentist you will love this place!

X-ray staff very caring and professional. Female dentist very abrasive and uncaring. Hygienist rude, uncaring, and rough. When I told her I have very sensitive teeth, she replied "I can't numb your teeth. You'll just have to deal with it." Did I give her a chance to clean my teeth? Heck no! Not after her attitude and she wanted to charge me $300 for a cleaning! When I went to check out, the receptionist was rude, condescending, and uncaring (a prominent attitude in this office). I asked if they offered IV sedation as I needed a difficult tooth extraction and she very rudely informed me I did not need IV sedation....they only offer local anesthetic. Could I at least use gas? "No...we don't even have gas in the office." How barbaric!!
Combined with the inflated prices, lack of care for those who hate going to the dentist, and condescending attitude of the staff, I will not step foot in there again or recommend it to anyone I know!

The hygienist was friendly and worked at a good pace. My teeth look great. The only concern I had was the fluoride vanish. It "melted" down my teeth and ended up all over my lips. Not sure it was supposed to so that. Otherwise, she was very good at her job!

Wasn't bad. The people that work there are awesome. The price was rediculious for what I had done. I could have seen some room to price different in the situation they fixed but I'll Def go back for a new set of dentures.

The staff is awesome, Dr. Bathina has took exceptional care of myself and my 2 daughters (14) and (7). The Assistants and front desk are always willing to help. We have found our Dental Home :)

Great experience. I was a little nervous about getting two cavities filled in my upper back teeth for the first time with this dentist. The staff was really professional and thorough and took a lot of care in the procedure.

I had some work done at aspen dental and then months went by and I called to make an appointment to get my teeth cleaned, anyways they got me in the following Tuesday. I got an email asking me to confirm my appointment, I followed the instructions and confirmed my appointment. I then received multiple phone calls and text messages asking me to confirm my appointment, I had already confirmed it to I ignored them. I went to my appointment yesterday only to find out it is been cancelled and gave to someone else. The girl rudely informed me that she cad called 3 times and texted multiple times and since I didn’t answer she took it upon herself to cancel but she had openings tomorrow So it was so important that after 4 business days, she cancelled my appointment but they had another appointment the next day lol so I wondered whose appointment she gave me. After thinking about it I called and cancelled and made an appointment with another dentist! I don’t have time to waste with people who want you to confirm appointments over and over! If it was me I wouldn’t waste my time with these people!

I went in for the free xrays and exam deal. I had been given estimates from other dentists from $2100 to $3500. Aspen's estimate was over $9000! I went to Aspen because they were one of the few, if not the only, office in town that offered financing options. Unfortunately it's through shady, fly by night lenders who charge 28% interest. Even after they got the estimate down to a little over $6000 for the el cheapo, no warranty work I would have paid back close to $9000 with interest. Aspen Dental is a "chain" dental office owned and operated by a company in New York. They have been sued numerous times and have paid out millions after being found guilty of overcharging patients, performing unnecessary treatments, deceptive marketing and billing, and more.
If you're like me and work full time but have no insurance, the only real option is to save your money and pay cash to a real dental office that is locally owned and operated.
