Aspen Dental

The receptionist and front end staff are awesome. Easy to talk to and very nice. I had two different people help me with my x-ays. They were both very patient and exceptional. The Heigenist was very good, and so was the Dentist, even tho she gave me bad news. They all have a very good report and sense of humor.

The staff and doctors are amazing. So nice and helpful. They make you feel welcomed and as comfortable as possible. They genuinely care about you as a person. Thanks Aspen Dental!!!

Needing some major dental work I did some serious shopping around. Aspen Dental in Amarillo got my business because of the staffs willingness to answer all my questions and explain the process in detail. My insurance and payment questions
were handled with extreme patience and thoroughness by Joe the office manager.

The medical staff has been great. A special thanks to Bambi for her attention to detail and determination to get it right along with her great attitude. Dr Dill and Susan were great, and gave me a pain free procedure, can't thank you enough.

And Samantha at the front desk. Honestly I can be a tough and demanding customer and Samantha has never lost her professionalism or courtesy.

WOW...where do I start with such an amazing Dental office. From the lady at the front desk to the nurse, Melissa, to the Doctor and gentleman in financing....The IS THE BEST The Top of Texas has to offer. We drive an hour to this office and would drive even longer if needed.
And to know is just 7 days, the new dentures will be ready is past all our expectations. I can not say enough good about this office. Aspen Dental has honestly given the smile back!

About Aspen Dental..This is the only place I recommend for prompt dental work.. my dentist got in n completed his work as quickly as possible.. ibuprofen n Tylenol for after care.. staff was really respectful n promptly got answers to to all the questions I asked.. Aspen is the way to go..

Unfortunately, I had to choose a rating to proceed with my review. Do NOT go to this establishment if you are in need of same day service. I contacted this establishment and spoke with Bruce this morning in order to get a friend in who just moved to Amarillo. I explained to Bruce the friend has no money and the dental issue was an emergency. Bruce assured me she would need no money and that a financial plan would be devised to address any financial concerns. Bruce gave me the incorrect appointment time, which did not affect my friend because she had to reschedule anyways. When my friend arrived she waited for a half an hour before the "dentist" saw her. She was in excruciating pain. They then said they would remove the tooth that is causing an infection, however, she would need to apply for credit. She was not approved. Bruce left out some very important details. Not only did he leave out details that wasted time and left my friend in pain and feeling invalidated, he lied. I am an LCSW in 2 states and feel a responsibility to warn others before entering into this unethical, used car salesman tactics environment that employs people to lie and con people. I will be happy to discourage my clients, friends, family and anyone else I know from calling this place for help. I can't believe it is still in business. Hopefully, someone can shut this dog and pony show down.

Been going here for a few years, and never had a problem until now. Just got a call -- 25 minutes before my appt. time -- to tell me that I'd have to have x-rays done today (another $100), even though I was only going for a cleaning! I can understand having to get x-rays if I needed other services, but this is ridiculous! I live on a fixed income and cannot afford this right now. It's very upsetting to be told this, especially right before my appt. -- so, I had to cancel!!!

I was extremely unhappy with this office as a first time patient. When I first walked into the office 3 girls were upfront and not one greeted or even acknowledged me. I signed in and sat down, It was 15 m for the staff to realize I had even signed in. After all that I get called back , have X-rays done and then put into a room to talk to the Dr. ( I waited for 30 m or so). The Dr. finally comes in and spends probably about 5m max in the room. I wouldn't know which Dr. because he didn't even introduce himself. He was unfriendly and didn't seem to have much concern for me as a patient. He told me what I already knew . From a previous appt from years ago I had already known about my gum disease and was waiting for him to bring that up or talk to me about it and he never did. The tech at the time of the appointment noticed it and questioned the Dr. about it and he blew her off and seemed to hush her. It was odd and I immediately had no trust for this Dr. I then got put into another room for a manager to come talk to me and it took a good while...I was already so annoyed with this office and the flow of it I told the receptionist I wasn't interested in going any further with them as a patient. I wasn't impressed enough with the office staff, Dr. or horrible flow to be a patient. I will highly advise not wasting your time! The manager called me days later to talk about my dental plan and when I told her she also had no concern and didn't even try like most managers to give a better name for Aspen. I don't care if i have to private pay or pay in full I will definitely take my business somewhere else. If anyone is looking for a good Dentist with a REALLY good Dr. I highly recommend Dr. Cindy N. Schmidt at Class 1 Dental Associates.

I’m trying to get a grip on what just happened,I went in for my first visit to start the process of getting dentures,everything and everyone were going great…and then the financial office lady!Ive have never been more offended,in 3 minutes I was asked to leave because I was making her uncomfortable 😣I was upset because they were asking me for information I had already provided multiple times???So my experience with Aspen was terrible and it definitely didn’t have to be!

Have been here a few times and it's always gone smoothly. Waited about an hour after my appointment time for removal of my 4 wisdom teeth, but once I was in I was out in like 20 minutes. I will continue going here for my dental work.
