I went to an appt for a severely bad tooth ache. They sent me home with antibiotics because the infection was too bad to numb to pull the tooth. I went back 1 week later like I was supposed to. When I got there they started me as a new patient all over again. None of my records from a week before were there. They didn't even have my ex rays from the week before. What should have been just a tooth pulling on my second visit, turned into a half a day ordeal, 🤔. I'm not sure I want to go back to this dental company.

AMAZING!!!
My dentures were burnt up in my house fire. This facility and staff are a blessing. I went in for a consultation to get them replaced. What should have taken a total of 3 appointments this staff preformed a miracle and got me my teeth back that day. By far the best dental office and staff I have ever come across. Thank you Aspen dental of Amarillo Tx.

This chain appear to give instructions to their staff to try to add services to clients to collect the largest money as possible. They procedures are not of good quality either.
On my last visit, the added Topical Fluoride Varnish with out asking me for consent. The Comp 1 Surf Posterior filling they did on me, it's been bothering me more than before. I actually never felt anything before the procedure, but the doctor said that I needed it to filled.
A while back, they did a crown work on my wife, and it did not last long before it broke off. My wife did not want to go back to this clinic again. So she's getting that repaired somewhere else.

I would highly recommend Aspen Dental in Jeacksonville. After my bad experience at another office I can say they were amazing. They were very understanding and helped take care of my issue. Staff was amazing. Dental issues can be very embarrassing and they made the experience very comforting!

Bad very rude customer service on the phone cancels appointments 1 hour before I tried rescheduling to meet my schedule for the last 3 months and they cancel my appointment every time. I just gave up and found someone else who honors appointments
