The staff was professional, friendly, and willing to help with any questions or concerns. Initial x-rays and exams were free. The oral surgeon had an emergency the first time I went to have my wisdom teeth out but rescheduled it the next month. He was kind and funny, the only criticism on this procedure was that I didn't receive a call when the first appt was canceled and I wasn't the only one, either. Thier services are pretty affordable with dental insurance, there's a down payment for services, like maxillofacial surgery, but it's no where near any other dentist's office I ever been to before and I had braces for 4 years. I do recommend them I, at least, had a good experience.

Had an appointment at 1pm and showed up 30 minutes early. Didnt go back until 1:30 and wasnt seen by the dentist until 2. I've been to several other dentists and non of them have ever had a concern about braces or anything. All the dentist and hygienist wanted to push on me was invisalign. Instead of hearing the usual you need to floss and brush more or you need to quit dipping, all they were talking about was you need invisalign. The only 3 people there that was helpful and awesome are the receptionist, the woman that did the xrays and the consultation woman.

I broke a front tooth 2 weeks ago and went to a total of 6 dentists offices in amarillo trying to find one where i felt listened to, not rushed, safe, cared about and that they truly understood how terrified i was just being there for A free consultation.
I was seen last Thursday and everyone was so understanding and caring and took extra time to make sure that i was ok. Before the end of that first free appointment i knew i had finally found the perfect fit for me and later that very same day i was back for a second appointment to get things rolling.
Tuesday this week i had the very major dental work done, the oral surgeon was amazing, knocked me out so good that i didn't feel a thing and in fact i don't remember anything after getting the injection except waking up later that day in the safety and comfort of my own bed
I can honestly say now that the dentist is not my biggest fear anymore!!

My appointment was at 10:15. It is now 11:15 and I am sitting in the waiting room and haven't been seen at all. I gave them my insurance info over the phone so they could pre-verify it and as I'm sitting here in the waiting on this extended wait, the front desk person was verifying my insurance. 🤦 This is only my review based upon the wait and the disorganization of the practice. I may update this later.

Tracer was the new hygienist. He did a great job and was so thoughtful in not spraying cold water on the sensitive areas. He also explained the reasons behind the treatment activities. Top notch!

This was my first visit. I had a long wait before being called back for a cleaning. I waited 40 minutes to be exact before anyone called my name. A little ridiculous of a wait time and no update from staff as to why it was taking so long. The staff was friendly and did a good job once I made it back there.

What a "find"! Pleasant Doctor and technical people. Aspen is a "full service dental" office. Well known as specialists in major teeth problems BUT they also do maintenance and repair if you do not need dentures, implants or.....
