Best dentist I've ever been to by far everyone has great positive attitudes. Although I do miss Dr v being there the new guy is absolutely amazing and makes you feel wonderful

I had two teeth extracted yesterday Dr.Bathina and her assistant took excellent care of me! They are both caring and very passionate people ! I felt safe and very confident with them both! I would definitely use them both again the future! My wife is also planning to use them! God Bless each and every one of your staff! Larry Craig

Staff and visit overall was just fine, but waiting times were quite long. It was my mine and my husband's initial visits (x-rays & exam). We had our paperwork filled out before we arrived. My husband had the first appointment of the day (8:00 am), but he was not called back until after 9:00 am for x-rays. After that, there was approximately another 30 minute wait to get into a room to see the hygienist, followed by another wait to see the dentist. My appointment was immediately after my husband's (literally, same chair, same hygienist, same dentist). For our two appointments, beginning at 8:00 am, we were not done until 12:30 pm. Four and a half hours seems a bit extreme for two basic appointments. We had no actual dental work done...just x-rays and initial exams. Dental services and staff are great, but be prepared to spend some serious time waiting.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had the absolute worst experience. They charged me for work I have never had done and never plan on having done due to the outrageous prices. Now my credit is going to go down and I’ve talked to them about it twice and they have done absolutely NOTHING. I continue to try and get ahold of them but I cannot. Please save yourself the trouble and NEVER GO HERE. They are thieves and stole nearly $500 from me!!!

I had to have some major work done and havent been to a dentist is longer than I willing to say. Lol. They were helpful in regards to finding the right insurance to cover my procedures. I can't tell you how many phone calls the wonderful staff fielded about prices and questions, etc. Every time they were gracious and understanding. I have been very happy about my choice to come here.

I guess most of us are afraid of going to dentist. Especially when it's time to get all of what's left of teeth removed and get dentures. But I couldn't have chosen a better place to go than Aspen Dental! Their staff and Dr are so kind and passionate about helping you. Everything was explained clearly. They use new updated equipment like exray machine that makes it painless and I loved that! I will get my new dentures the same day and the price is allot cheaper than anywhere else and still has extra pair and 7yr warranty included! I highly reccommend you go to Aspen Dental!!

I did not have a good experience. I was told on the phone it would cost $108.00 for a simple extraction, after I got there and had x-rays they started to tell me I needed all this extra dental work and that I had a gum disease. Within about 20 minutes my bill was up to $4,000.00

I told them no I'm not having all that done, they said "Oh we can help you set up a payment plan" I told them I just needed this one tooth pulled.

After refusing all the other work they told me they could not pull it that day and they would set me up with another appointment to come back and have it pulled because they were just to busy that day.
I didn't make another appointment and left the clinic, as I was getting to my car a girl came running out and said "the Dr. can go ahead and see you today, she'll work you in and pull that tooth" I told her No Thank You, I'll go somewhere else.

If they can't get your bill up as much as they can, then they refuse to do anything at all. But when you leave and not spend any money there then their willing to do something. I guess making a little money is better than nothing at all.

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!

I simply love all the people I dealt with at Aspen Dental. Everyone was on top of their game. They were friendly and welcoming like I was a member of their team. I'm not done with them yet, but when they're done my smile is going to be fantabulous !!! I need to add that they allowed me to be my outgoing self and laughed and joked with me... My experience ? Priceless...

Each time I have visited Aspen Dental the staff has been very kind and courteous. Was able to easily set-up a payment plan. Would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone needing quality dental work at a good price.
