I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They explained every step before doing anything and constantly asked if I had any questions. They described the treatment required and the cost of that treatment. They informed me of the cost and payment options available to me. I would recommend them to everyone!

I should have gone to a different place. Aspen dental keeps charging me for services which I have already paid and when I call to talk to billing, I received rude customer service. I could not even speak the lady kept trying to talk over me. The staff needs more training and someone who knows what they are doing in billing.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. They Lways try to help customer in everyday possible. Great Job!

Went to my first appt in yrs. They did not clean my teeth & there supposed then all they did was tell me what was wrong w/ my teeth explained how much it was going to be & send me on my way. I felt ii should've at least gotten my teeth cleaned if I went in & goin to get charged for it. Nice staff. Very detailed in what's wrong with teeth. I don't recommend though.

Amarillo tx these people are the best not a bad one in the bunch.thank you to Britt she did soooo much for me she helped me out alot.she is badass.need more people like her in the work place.makes working so much fun.

I called wanting my teeth cleaned (new customer) but was told i had to hv xrays/exam first, which was fine, but they would not schedule my cleaning. I asked AT LEAST on 3 diff occasions to hv it done after my exam, called couple wks before, asked when confirming my appt- each time was told should not be a problem. I did not live in Ama but had taken the day off for several appts. I asked several more times DURING my visit but was put off each time saying after the dr determined what i needed, after i had my consult, etc...nvr a direct answer. Finally when that part was done i was told there were no openings! But they could the next morning or could call if there was a no show. Had i known it was not gonna happen i would not hv wasted an hour + going thru the other. I've nvr heard of NOT "scheduling" a cleaning until after. I left VERY aggravated, do not care to go back & definitely will not recommend.

Was the first time i went to this place the staff was very helpful and friendly . the first was free and than they sit you down and go over your treatment plan with you you many options to choose from if you qualified .at this point i am happy so i set my first appointment.

The staff here is so awesome. I came in with severe pain from a tooth that needed extraction. They got me xrays within half an hour and pulled it first thing the next morning.

I called to make an appt to have a filling replaced that fell out while I was travelling to Amarillo. When I made the appointment, I was assured that my filling would be replaced the day of my appointment. My appointment was at 6 pm. I arrived to a lobby full of patients. I was ok with that as many people need late appointments due to work commitments. I only had to wait about 30 minutes in the waiting room. Not bad for a first visit I thought. Howevet, once I got in the back and after they took all my x-rays, I waited 90 minutes for the dentist. In that time, someone only checked on me one time. Finally when they dentist did arrive, she greeted me with a handshake that made me feel like she didn't want to touch me. I told her that I wanted my filling in my front tooth replaced as my tooth looked like my front tooth was chipped. She did not acknowledge my request. She went on to tell me that I had 4 cavities and needed a crown. I told that I knew about the crown but since I didn't have dental insurance at this time, I couldn't afford a crown at this time. Again I asked about replacing the filling in my front tooth. The dentist stated that she would send someone in to discuss payment plan. Then turned and walked out. I was shocked! My tooth never got fixed. Again I was left in a room for another 45 minutes while waiting for this "person" to come to me with a payment plan. Finally, I had enough. I got my purse and got up went next door where there had been a dental assistance and another office person talking for about 15 minutes. I told the dental assistant that I wasn't waiting any longer and was going home. At that time, the other person that was in the room with the dental assistant stated "I was just coming into see you." They were talking about nonwork related topics while I waited. I waited in a dental chair for ocer 2.5 hrs and never got my tooth fixed. I'll never go back.

Dr. Williams, and Kelly were great!! Best chairside manner I’ve experienced!!!
