They get the job done, but I’ve had to wait 2.5hr for a routine checkup for my daughters (with an appointment) the last 2 times. First time I was okay, I understand it happens. Excuse was school’s out on break. Didn’t buy it, but I let it slide. This time school was not on break. I’m not impressed. And I’m contemplating not making an appointment for sealants- I don’t want to have to wait 4hrs for a job that should take 45minutes.

Fast and very friendly staff service. My babies enjoyed the check up. My son and daughter are very particular kiddos and I was amazed on how my son was comfortable enough to get his treatment done without mom bribing him.

Nice place; however, areas like the main lobby look outdated and boring. It should have some more stuff for kids to entertain themselves. You hear of all this other dentists offices with so much great stuff, games and activities for kids to play with that they don't even want to leave..

The people are very friendly and helpful but very slow. You make an appointment time but it takes them more than 45 minutes to call the kids back from their appointment time. Also, one dentist said my child needed treatment for a cavity, then when I took her back, another dentist said she didn't need treatment. I am glad I didn't have to pay anything, but taking a full day off work for nothing is not good.

The Dental Ark made my son's dental checkup fun. The myriad of beautiful artwork makes the visit warm and welcoming from the moment you drive up. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and very comforting to the children and their parents. They made sure I understood all the information and repeatedly asked if I had any questions. My son was at ease and had fun the entire time and enjoyed interacting with everyone.

NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY. At first glance this facility is amazing. The outside has a beautiful mock design of Noah's Ark. The inside has TVs playing things mom and dad would like to watch, video games for kids, and a climbing station for the smaller kids. The building is nicely decorated and very professional looking.
What depreciated this place was the lack of quality customer service. The waiting area has been over crowded everytime I have visited. The representatives are disconnected from the customers because they're constantly trying to keep the patients processed and out-processed as soon as humanly possible.
If you want a nice facility, this is the place for you. If you value customer service keep looking.

If i could i would rate a negative number. Took my 3 kids there and they said they all had 2 or 3 cavities each! Long story short took them to another place since I did not think it was true! And i was right! The new place checked them n they had 0 cavities!!! Cant believe they are money hungry and worst of all dont care of putting kids through pain!!!

The Dr.s are amazing! so welcoming and very polite. This one dental assistant named David is the Best! My daughter loved him. I highly recommend this place!

My three children have been dental patients with The Dental Ark for almost 4.5 years and two of them with the Orthodontics Department for approximately 4-5 months now. Each of the Dental and Orthodontist professionals, the hygienist as well as front and back office staff members have ALWAYS been courteous, professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and empathetic in all aspects. Out of the 30+ scheduled and a handful of emergency appointments I can say in ALL honesty, aside from less than 5 times, that they are prompt and running on time with the scheduled timing within 5-10 minutes. Which is a great rarity in any field of medicine. I RECOMMEND THE DENTAL ARK 100%!
