I recently changed my girls to dental ark and couldnt be more happy with the care they provided. I can honestly say my girls love going to the dentist they are 3 and 6 years old. The waitinf room for the parents is relaxing and have you near by just in case you are needed. I highly reccomend this place to bring your kiddos

From the minute u walk in the door, someone is there to welcome you. You sign up and review your child's medical history in order to report any changes to the medical staff. Security with every child is a priority. They are always accompanied by the friendlies dental staff in town. All procedures and results are consulted semi privately. Appointments and checking out process is prompt and courteous. Only one hygienist came across as judgemental or unfriendly on one of our first visit, but I just asked my child not be treated by this staff member and all has been great. Don't look around. Call for an appointment today!

Loved the staff, dental hygienist and the dentist. They were really great. Although waiting two and half hours to be seen was not worth it. They advised that due to children being off from school was the reason for the delay... but I would say that the overbooking appointments would be the reason for the long long wait. When we checked in, we were advised we would only wait about an hour... had someone told us different at the beginning of the appointment I would of rescheduled.

I've been bringing my kids to Dental Ark for years & for the most part have had exceptional customer service...until today. Which couldn't have come at a worse time. I called early morning to schedule an appointment for my 10 year old due to a cavity. I made that clear to Claudia yet she scheduled him for a cleaning (which he was due for one). After his cleaning they told us we have to bring him back in a few days to fill his cavity. I usually wouldn't mind but considering the current situation we're in with COVID I hate that I have to expose him AGAIN. Had Claudia listened or explained when i scheduled the appointment I wouldn't be stressing again to bring him. Disappointing.

Best place for my children. Everyone is always so nice and patient. They explain everything in detail and always listen to my questions and concerns. Would never go anywhere else.

I am going to give this place 1 star because I cannot give it less. Summary of the story: they wanted to take out my son's (4 years old) tooth out because they said he had an abscess. It is important to mention that my son does not present any other signs of an abscess (tooth changed color, pain, swelling, etc) and supposedly the x-rays showed the infection on his tooth. I did not like at all their diagnosis and decided to go to other dentists (3 more to be exact, without counting my mom, aunt, and cousin that are dentists as well but are not working anymore) 2 of them in Mexico and one more here in El Paso. NONE of them saw any problem with my son's tooth and they were actually impressed about Dental Ark's decision to take the tooth out. They all took x-rays and they did not see all those black spots Dental Ark showed us. May be they need to fix their machines or learn how to take x-rays. I am glad I looked in other places.

Lack of knowledge shows no understanding of children with special needs was treated horribly. Dentist suggested giving my child a shot of demerol for sedation which sounded ridiculous seeing as my toddler wouldnt even sit still for exam.A tech, myself and the dentist were all struggling to hold my child down just for the exam dentist even said he was so strong but feels its safe to try to put a shot in my child's gums ? Then to top it off they tell me I wouldnt be allowed in the back when my child receives treatment at which point I said ABSOLUTELY NOT my child is nonverbal even if that wasnt the case I would never allow my child to be treated without my presence!!!!Dentist was adamant about injecting my child's gums with demerol being the only option !I've been going here since my kids were 6months and have always been allowed in during exams this is the first time 1 needed work done so completely caught me off guard. I found a new dentist that explained parents are ALWAYS WELCOME during procedure !! IF PARENTS ARENT ALLOWED SOMETHING IS VERY FISHY THERE SHOULD NOT BE ANY REASON WHY PARENTS SHOULDNT BE WELCOMED TO BE PRESENT DURING SEDATION AND PROCEDURES !! I was told only 1 dentist allows parents in the back during procedures but since she doesnt go to that office often I would have to be put on a waiting list I said no thank you I'll find another dentist and left!!!
