Everyone in the back was nice and treated my child great!! Never had issues until I went today. The lady that we checked in with was rude and had an attitude. She definitely needs to be coached on her tone, or sent to training.

Been taking my oldest daughter to the Dental Ark since she was 6 months. She is now 13. I've also been taking my youngest for the past 3 years. She gets excited every time she goes. The staff are wonderful with them and very patient. I'm glad I chose the Dental Ark. I love taking my kids there especially with such friendly staff.

I have taken my daughter 2 times this year. They have been amazing each time. The customer service is excellent. It's rare to feel so comfortable in medical facilities, but I can honestly say I have no complaints. They treated me and my daughters very well. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The service is what it should be. But the wait time is horrible. 1 hour in the lobby. Our appointment was pointless. Why make an appointment for a time if they won't respect my time?

As a parent I loved it the staff is very courteous and professional that is what I always look for honestly. My children believe it or not they LOVED IT. Thumbs up. If my children are happy the parent is always happy. I must add that was our first time there ever. Again very satisfied parent.
