She made me feel so comfortable and gave me assurance that my son was going to be fine while conducting work!! Her work is amazing! The staff are amazing and very patient with my children. Everytime we go everyone is very polite. I love taking my children here. My daughter had a procedure done yesterday and I was very nervous because they needed to sedate her. But the staff and dentist were very informational and helped us feel at ease.

The appoinment was at 7:30 and it was already 10:02 and they just have him sitting down in the chair. Since I told them that I am going to change to another dentist office they didnt gave us a good service. Plus Yazmin in the front doesnt help at all. Btw its not the first time that I have a bad experience with the ladies in the front last time they even called me to give my testimony.

Love, Love this Dentistry for my daughter always so nice and professional. Gave me a tour, showed what would be used, the procedure and everyone always has a great and positive attitude. They give my daughter a toy, toothpaste, toothbrush afterwards and my daughter is happy. She never cries when we go or when they are brushing her teeth, and I would highly recommend for any parent looking for there children.

When my son and I first came, there was little to no wait time for us. Everybody in the office was very professional but nice and welcoming. My son enjoyed the environment and I did too! I've gone their several times to have my sons teeth cleaned, checkups and most recently, he had crowns put on. After that procedure I expected him to be sore but he came out of there happy as can be! He did really well. He has seen both doctors and they are very sweet. They calmed him down as he was nervous and he warmed up to him real quick. I would definitely recommend the Dental Ark!

SCAM ALERT!
Beyond disappointed with this office. We requested to speak to a supervisor because our insurance informed us they wouldn't cover a dental procedure because this office didn't tell them it was medically necessary. They say they turned in all the paperwork work correctly, however our insurance tells us that had this office said it was medically necessary that they would have had no issue approving the procedure. Beware of what they tell you is "necessary" because this sounds a lot like a scam. This office informed me they wouldn't be able to see my daughter anymore because they feel the "philosophy" of their office does not meet my needs. I just feel like they got called out on their bs and don't hear what they're doing is wrong. There would have been absolutely no issue paying for whatever procedure out of pocket, all we wanted to know was if it was necessary or not and they refused to help us! I still can't believe it.

Our experience is always great. My son has always loved going here since he started to realize what a dentist was. I have never had a bad experience. The staff is always so helpful and friendly.
Now, taking my 6 month old baby I still walk out of ghee with a smile.

My son had to go in for an extraction and although it took longer than expected, they did an amazing job! They take their time to help patients feel comfortable and safe. They even called after to follow-up on how he was feeling. Definitely recommend.
