When we decided to go to the Dental Ark, it was my last hope. See my middle daughter is claustrophobic. So when you combine that with her fear of dentists at her young age it was hard to get her to calm down at any appointment. I went thru many dental places that did everything from staff holding down my daughter, to not letting me be near her, to having me near her while I watch them strap her down. I'd had enough of extreme measures and one day saw an ad for Dental Ark and called. That was the best decision I ever made. We were treated by a friendly, warm, and welcoming staff. They had that magic touch that made her feel comfortable and put me at ease as well. Not once did they ever go to the extremes of holding/strapping my daughter down and I thanked them for that. It's now been about 4 years now and we'll never go anywhere else. I would recommend them to everyone in a heartbeat!!!

My daughter has a huge phobia of anything medical or dental and her last dentist was impatient and wouldn’t see us anymore. Everybody at The Dental Ark was infinitely patient with her, allowing for modifications in the way things were done to make sure she wasn’t afraid. When she cried, they were so reassuring and sweet to her. She left there feeling so proud of herself, it was such a great experience and a relief as a parent to encounter such caring staff. I will definitely be switching her brother over to them too!

My kids like this place and I appreciate the quiet parent waiting room. One drawback of this place is the limited availability of appointment times and days if your child is seeing the orthodontist. With so many choices out there for Orthodontists I wish we would have known this before getting braces for our son here.

I absolutely love bringing my children here. The staff are so helpful and patient. They explain everything in detail and wait time is reasonable. The staff also allow my children (10, 4, and 1) to feel their independence when coming here and for them to get excited about a dental visit says alot. (:

My 9 year old daughter has been coming here since she was 4 years old. She loves it and the staff and Doctors are always wonderful! Im now a patient too as at my age, I finally decided to get braces! They take adult patients for Ortho and since Im here every 6 months anyway...I took the plunge. Im excited to see my new smile soon.

Amazing staff and office.
My baby 19 months old had a great time, they treat him with care and kindness. Help baby and momma feek secure. I was there all the time, baby was seating on my lap. They gave us tips how keep the baby mouth clean and fill me with knowledge.
They also speak Spanish.
The baby cry because he didn’t want to go home. 😄

This is the third dentist I have taken my three-year-old to in a month. I was very satisfied with the care at dental Ark. The staff was extremely friendly and made my daughter feel really comfortable. She went in for cavities. They took my opinions seriously and even gave my suggestions a try before doing anything too serious. Although we can’t be in the room while the children get their fillings, They do let you take a peek during the process. I was worried that this experience for my three-year-old getting fillings done would leave her traumatized, but she was not scared at all. The same day I was worried that my daughters filling chipped and when I called they said to come right back and they would fit me in. They were really nice and did not make me feel like I was an inconvenience.

We switched to Dental Ark and it was a great decision!! My 7 year old twins were treated with such great care and all my questions were answered!! The girls can't wait to visit again!

Such a great dental office! From the start to the end of the appointment my kids and I were very comfortable. The doctor who did the exam on my kids was very attentive. She took the time to explain to my children everthing she was doing. All the staff was amazing! My family and I will definitely be returning to The Dental Ark! Great job!!
