My experience at brident dental was great! The staff is friendly and helpful. My ortho doc Saunders is wonderful and very informative during my braces and when she took them off. I def bring my kids here to get their braces.

Brident was supported by my insurance and close by, so being in a new town I gave them a shot.

The girl who took my X-Rays was very nice, very efficient, and very fast. Which was nice, no one wants to sit with that plastic bite guard in for long.

However, the dentist was ruthless while cleaning my teeth. I tried explaining I have sensitive gums and that it had been quite a while since my doctor visit but she tore into me. Long story short, my gums profusely bled for the next 48 hours straight. I'm not talking about mild bleeding, I mean excessive where I had to constantly spit to not have a stomach full of blood from swallowing it.

To end a terrible experience on a worse note, the hygenist who could barely pay attention to when she should use the water / dry hose applied my flouride like an absolute joke. It must have taken her less than 2 minutes, it was in large clumps all over my teeth. I went home to brush it off and it turned my expensive tooth brush brissels into cement, had to throw it away. Eventually I resorted to picking off these rocks of flouride from my teeth.

I wouldn't recommend Brident to anyone, this was the worst dental experience of my life.

This office has been so amazing. Drs and assistants are so helpful. Dr Patel and Veronica have been truly great. From explaining my treatment all the way to my payments. I'm on fixed income and never thought I could afford my treatment. So grateful

This office is outstanding. They treated me with care and offered great information regarding my consultation. The manager, Veronica was thorough and patient. Thank you Brident Dental. You changes my perspective on how dentist offices can be ran. Keep it up.

If I could give them zero stars I would! This is the worst place I have ever been. My daughter got her braces from here so now we are stuck until she gets them off. To start out with they lost my initial payment and advised me to put a stop payment on the check and reissue it which I did, they found the check and tried to cash it (then tried to charge me for a return payment and a late fee)!! We once had a late appointment (which they scheduled, not me) and as usual they where running behind but my daughter was sitting in the exam room for an hour or so. Finally one of the assistants came in to tell us we would have to reschedule because the dr had left for the day. Who does that? We had saw him walking around the whole time we where there but 5pm rolled around and he left, never mind the patient in the chair waiting to see him! To say the least the rest of the family goes somewhere else and the second her braces are off my daughter will not be back.

Please don't waste you're time or money here.
If it wasn't for me having HMO plan and being assigned at this office I would not have TRIED coming here, the reason I say TRIED is because the first time I scheduled an appointment because I had wisdom tooth pain but was told to reschedule because apparently they took to long to verify my insurance and last patient was already being seen, so I rescheduled and the day of my appointment i called to confirm my time but was told it was at a different time then what I was told.
The oral surgeon comes once a month so I told the receptionist il make it for when the oral surgeon comes in for an extraction, fast forward to my appointment well not only did I have to wait for almost an hour after my appointment, i was told I wouldn't be able to get an extraction because I need an exam even though I paid out of pocket at a different dentist to check what was going on with my wisdom teeth and when I requested to bring in a referral from the other dentist the receptionist told me even if I had brought in the referral the oral surgeon basically does not have time to wait.
Missed work just be be told they can't do my extraction and would have to wait another month after I do an exam.

I had a really good experience. I had a lot of work to get done and they were able to handle it through only a couple of appointments. Their deep teeth cleaning was really effective and paying for everything was pretty easy. I would definitely recommend people give them a try if you need a good dentist office.

Im very nervous when it comes the dentist. Front staff were very helpful and Dr Patel was nice. Veronica was able to explain my insurance and the coverage. Recommend this office to my friends amd family.
