Most of the dental assistants were nice. Dr's lacked bed side manner. The most out landish thing is how they take a lot of xrays..of course a route canal..crown...and several extractions were on the so called agenda..I agreed to possibly needing 2 extractions.. Not 6....As we all know..The average person can't read..xrays..After reviewing the suggested plan to resolve my needs and current issues. .I refused the extractions today only because I was alone...I suggested taking care of the fillings only...the persistent Dr and office Mr insisted on forcing a payment plan on me for services to be completed in the Future.....I felt like I was at a car dealership on a
Saturday waiting for a shady salesperson to keep running back and forth with different offers. Is this a Dentist office or Car Dealership? To top it off....Not a single person mentioned performing basic teeth cleaning. Its all about the $$$,, Not Service!!

Worst experience, ever-and I dont even have dentist anxiety! I made an appointment with this Brident location to get some major work done (5 fillings to be exact). This location was covered through my work insurance, and is relatively close to my house. When I made the appointment, they refused to accept a transfer of records from a year prior, saying that any recent exam information has to be within 6 months. Ok, fine, so I scheduled a first screening appointment for a Tuesday morning. I get a call Monday, saying that the dentist was not going to be there, and that they needed to reschedule my appointment for Thursday. Ok, fine. Then I get a confirmation call saying that my upcoming appointment is for FRIDAY. I quickly corrected the caller, and she agreed that the appointment was actually for Thursday.
So I go in 30 minutes before my appointment, and complete the new patient information. I complete it, and then ask the receptionist how long new patient appointments take, and she says "oh, maybe an hour or hould and a half." So then I wait, and wait, and wait some more. After I waited in the waiting room for about an hour, another patient (who arrived well after I did), was taken back. I ask the receptionist, "Did she have an appointment before I did?" and she replies "No, but she's not a new patient. I TOLD YOU THERE WOULD BE A WAIT." At this point, I lost it and let her know that in fact, she did not alert me of this long of a wait, and that since I had to get to work, they would not be receiving anymore of my time or money. I left without getting an exam, cleaning, or scheduling the dental work that I need. Also, it was very clear that the dental staff were coming in late, and that they were possibly short staffed. My appointment was at 9:30, which isn't exactly early. If the receptionists had been one bit more communicative, honest, or just happy to be there, this could have been a different experience. DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!

Recently went to this Western Center office for a broken tooth. Ended up getting a crown on it and another broken crown replaced as well as a deep cleaning. During the drilling of one of the crowns, the dentist drill slipped causing a huge laceration on the under side of my tongue. There was no communication of the gash until later, and then it was "we had a small laceration, but it happens all the time" .... WHAT?????? I am over 65 and have been to a few dentists in my life and it has NEVER happened! The gash under my tongue after a week is still open and sore. There was no compensation or offer for such for the unfortunate oops!!! The crowns will not fit properly I am sure since the temps don't ..... AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! THE TOTAL FOR MY VISIT WAS OVER $3100.00!!!!!! No way will I ever go back after the crowns are set. RUN FROM THIS PLACE! If I could give it a negative star I would.

If you guys choose brident dental, please choose Kelly as the dental assistant and Dr. Lee. They both work very well together and get the job done as fast as they can without any problems. The other dental assistants are not as good as Kelly and all I can remember is pain when I had a temporary crown.

Great service and payment options.
Thanks Jessica S.
The staff was so attentive to my concerns, and made every effort to make me feel comfortable. I have TMJ, so dental work is a real challenge. Dr Kar (sp) was wonderful.
