If I could give no stars, I would. I wish I would have looked at reviews first. Reviews don't like. It even appears they have fake reviews on here. There is no way this place gets 5 stars from any sane, educated person. This is one of the most unorganized medical facilities I have ever been to. I'm already in a contract for my daughters braces so I'm stuck. Apple ortho is where I got my braces years ago and it was 100% better. Do not waste your time or money with these scam artists. They charge crazy amounts for braces and high interest rates. The only reason I did it was because they had already started on my daughters teeth. They Only have two days a week that they schedule ortho appointments! This is not helpful for working families. Employees don't care about your concerns and apparently you can complain and the office manager won't do much according to other reviews- go figure.

Extremely overpriced, charged before work was even done, claimed that a toothbrush, toothpaste and mouthwash was included in plan failed to mention that it was an extra $175 for this. Charged $125 for top cleaning and $125 for bottom cleaning because it's a "laser bacteria cleaning" Refused to take toothbrush, toothpaste, mouth wash back because walked out the door. Got to the car realized there was no explanation of care or a care plan went back in and one lady explained that she was so busy on the phone she forgot to put it in the packet. Saw the breakdown of prices and didn't want the "included" toothbrush and things and they refused to take it back. Veronica, the office manager has to be the RUDEST, person I have ever dealt with anywhere. Told me I didn't know the benefit of using such toothbrush when infact I do. Coming from a Dental family, this place is outrageous and takes advantage of people that don't know any better. When asked to speak with somebody else I was told by Veronica "I'm it, I'm the go to person, I make the calls."

If I could give no stars I would. I have went to them foe about 18+ months for my braces and put on a payment plan to automatic withdraw from my account for my braces and agreed ti pay 1800 plus whayever they recieved from my insurance . Then after 16 months I called to get the pay off amount which should of been about 300 dollars to hear from their customer service that it was 1200 dollars. Per the office mananger all payment were recieved by my isurance and as they expcted i am only liable for 1800 out of pocket. Then they stated that work was added on which I never agreed to or signed for to add the additional charges. Not to mention you have to wait 20 minutes to even talk to to someone in the billing department who are most of the time rude and unwilling to help or just want to pass you to the next person. I have on numerous occasions asked for a itemized statement to see all charges and payment to never received it and be told my account is on hold due to being audited by the billing for the charges. Now 1 month later i am receiving collection calls. Tried to call Brident to see why I went to collections and they just say they no longer have my information I have to talk to collections agency. This is absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention now i have has my braces off a little more than a month to have my teeth shift back to being not straight. A complete rip off. Refuse to take my children there for their dental needs.

Every time I deal with this place I hate it more. The doctors are lazy and don't keep up their schedules forcing you to wait even longer. I've been 3 times and sit and watch them play on their phones while I sit in the chair for 30 minutes after waiting 60 minutes for the half-witted dental assistant take xrays.

The doctors are not only lazy, but have ZERO bedside manner. I typically enjoy going to the dentist, as it's typically relaxing. Yet they last few times here, I'm white knuckling the chair and praying the experience ends fast. By the time I was done with my cleaning my arms and hands hurt from bracing myself!!

I'll skip the retards that handle scheduling. I hate this place with a fury, but am stuck due to limited insurance options.

They where amazing, the process was smooth and u would recommend it to people looking to get braces, check in with doctor Yamill & Dr Saunders

Roxana, Nicole, Kelly were so wonderful! They took their time to answer all my questions and take care of me! They have the best customer service. Love them!

Dental assistant was very nice and helpful! But the service was very slow, my cleaning seemed a little rushed and the quote for two fillings seemed a little high with my insurance included. Won't be coming back aha

Great place and great staff. I hardly wait when I come for an appointment. Thank you to Kelly for making my experience more tolerable since I hate going to the dentist. Kelly has been my inspiration each time I come. Thank you.

Zaira and Quante are amazing. We have had nothing but awesome experiences at Brident Dental. The front office staff, the hygienists, and the doctors have all been friendly, have taken the time to explain and answer any questions, and just been overall wonderful!

I didn't think I actually like this dental place 1st time but is really kool Personal is so kool and friendly I love it by husband and son been there for theet cleaning they like it also good job.
