I have an appointment for a root canal tomorrow, Tuesday September 7th at 9am. Will adjust based on outcome.

I called and set an appointment a week out, specifically asking if they take my insurance. I gave them the policy ID # and everything and was told they do. A day before the appointment they call and said that it turns out they actually don’t take it. They had all week to call and tell me that and they wait till the evening the day before. Then a few days after the date of the appointment, they call back and say I missed it, asking if I wanted to reschedule. On top of all that they never had my name correct and no one ever fixed it each time I told them it was wrong. Zero professionalism and no idea what they’re doing it seems.

Update: Just received a text from Brident Dental asking me to confirm my appointment for this Thursday which I never made. Name is STILL wrong and still haven’t been contacted to “help resolve the situation”

I took my family for a few years and spend thousands of dollars or braces and other dental work. I normally don't write negative reviews, however after reading some of the negative ones here I thought I would write my experience. The billing and accounting is terrible. I have always paid them on time and most times before the deadline, but every time i thought I had a zero balance they send me another bill, so I paid. The last straw was when i received a bill for over $200, 2 years after I had paperwork stating I had a zero balance, i was getting nasty rude calls from their call center in California, who are like loan sharks, no manners no customer service. I went to their office and after showing be tons of nonsense paperwork said I owed the money. I asked why it took them 2 years to tell me I owed them money, and all i got was a blank look, so I paid. I told them that that was it and that i would take my kids to a dentist that would appreciate my business. I cancelled all the appointments on the spot , and 2 were for full braces in my children. My problem with them is that on many occasions I complained about their customer service, but no one took any notice, they quote prices and by the time they are finished that free check up will cost hundred or thousand. I think someone need to report them to Better Business Bureau. They don't care about losing customers, they just wait for the next mug to walk through the door. Very unfortunate and I hope they can do something about it.

The dental hygienist made my daughter cry. The dentist was rude, the front counter girl laughter and made jokes at my expense while I was on the phone verifying an appointment. Most recently, they gave me an appointment card saying December 10th when my child's appointment was on the 9th. We scheduled off of work in advance in order to take her on the 10th only to have to last minute reschedule with work because we got a phone call to verify her appointment on the 9th the day before.
I don't recommend this place whatsoever.

Not there but had to wait half hour got there 10 min early. Doctor Patel was cordial and worked efficiently and nurse was sympathetic asking if I was alright. Asked for slip for work to make up and forgot on way out so had to go back. The one doing the billing had great news for me so far. Will go back to be crowned in 2 and half weeks.

Ive always had a satisfying experience with this facility. The staff makes me feel as if I were a close friend rather than just another customer coming in for a scheduled appointment. I specifically remember the manager, Veronica, being very personable and professional. She is always happy to answer any questions I have and does so every time with a smile.

I was so unhappy with this place and I was only their for 10 mins. I want to get a crown that feel out put back in and I scheduled an appointment for after work at 4:30. After filling out my paper work online and giving all information I showed up at the office for my appointment. The young lady ask me for my insurance card and ID. I gave it to her and sat down.

Two minutes later she calls me to the desk and says that the insurance is closed and she can’t verify my insurance and can I come back tomorrow. They had from start of business that day until my appoint at 4:30 to call the insurance company and verify my insurance. Heck with filling out paperwork online why not have it where my insurance card can be scanned in or try a little effort and call the customer for the day to get the information to verify the insurance. Point is so many opportunities were open to provide even basic customer service.

Now I have wasted my time and haven’t received service. The paper work asks for the insurance information and they ask for it over the phone when you make the appointment. Like I said so many opportunities to get it right and this place decided to drop the ball. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy let alone a family member. My first and last impression is that you are incompetent.

The manager Yamill was very helpful, professional and polite with handling the billing issues that I was having before my appointment. Also, Dr. Patel was very professional and thorough with my cleaning . He gives great advice with my perio maintenance. Would definitely recommend!

Went to Brident on 2 occasions for a second opinion.
Veronica and her staff were very friendly and helpful.
The dentist on staff where able to help and assure that original procedure recommended was not necessary. Saved me thousands of dollars!
Veronica was very knowledgeable and professional but at the same time friendly. She sat with me and explained over and over to make sure I understood the Drs. finding and recommendation.
Will go back and will refer friends😊👍🏼

Probably one of the most unethical dental office I’ve seen. Not only are they extremely expensive their work is very mediocre. They allowed me to leave without solidifying the crowns of my teeth. They say the take Aetna but they still don’t report any coverage.

Do not go here it’s really insulting that they say they want to help you. It’s pretty much a scam.
