Brident Dental & Orthodontics

Terrible. Have tried to use them 2 times. I 1st went in because i had a loose crown and needed a clean. They did exrays and came back with a $9000 bid to redo ALL the work i have had done in the past. Really! So i declined and now a year later the crown came off. Went back in and was told we have to reevaluate with new exrays etc.. Was told they wont work on another dentist work. IF they didnt do the work they wont fix it. No wonder our insurance is too high. What ever happened to the general dentist?

I had a great experience at Brident Dental. The staff was very professional and friendly, and the office visit was completed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Brident Dental. You are awesome!

I am re posting this review because my previous 2 reviews have strangely disappeared ?

My wife and I used Brident on WCB for 18 months.
We always paid in cash upfront,always.
We were always on time,always.
We were treated more or less on time as new Patients, however, this was on a decreasing scale as the early months went by.
After a month or so, we began being called thru later and later, after arriving early for our appointments.
After been called thru we were given xrays, if not, we were shown to a dental chair/cubicle and routinely told we would be seen to by the Doctor shortly, and we were then left staring at a blank wall.
More times than not, you could clearly see one or more Doctors texting or whatever on their cellphones.
Sometimes you could be left there unattended for an hour, in our case sometimes four hours, yes four hours.
This would be after sitting in the dental chair/cubicle, but it could already have taken them an hour or more after your appointment time before they eventually maneuvered you to the waiting dental chair.
After the Doctor eventually finds time to come and see you, they will then propose treatment and leave.
After yet another wait they take your Credit Card from you in your dental chair, and you pay in advance, it made us feel like they did not trust us, to wait until we had finished the treatment and appointment before asking for payment.
After you pay from your chair you are left for another undetermined and unexplained wait, could be another hour or two, especially if you are then moved to a dental chair in a cold cubicle with a TV.
We routinely heard other Patients complaining about all of the above.
If you read the other reviews here they all say much the same things.
After the last incident of being kept waiting for a totally unreasonable amount of time (for a simple 6 month check up, and the seemingly obligatory deep clean) I gave the Doctor a piece of my mind, demanded my money back as I still hadn't been treated and left.
I had a childhhod accident and wear an upper partial, never have my previous partials broken. Two of the ones Brident made for me lost teeth within the 18 months.
No doubt the standard, default, repeated, reply, from the Brident Dental Manager will appear under this review, as it does all others.
I took the advice given in the Managers reply, and contacted Brident at the email address given (more than once) and never had a single reply.
We will never return to any Brident office,never.

Not a good company. Other than having a bad experience with a doctor they had who couldn't numb me properly & therefore I kept feeling pain throughout the procedure...the dental assistant tried to pull a crown off of the wrong tooth in my mouth instead of the temporary crown on a different tooth. They also do not explain all of the options you actually have when it comes to your treatment & what works with your insurance. Ended up screwing me out of a lot of money for treatment.

Yenedi was very helpful to my family. Answered all of our questions and helped explain how my insurance worked. Definitely pleased and will be Coming back.

All they care about at this location is how to rip patients off. Went there to extract a particular tooth but they said that they need to do a full exam before they can do anything. They presented me with a $16,000 treatment plan after they completed an exam and I did not even ask for it. Dr.Patel should have chosen a career of a salesman, not a dentist. When I asked if I can just do an extraction for a particular tooth, Dr.Patel said that he is not an oral surgeon and he is not comfortable doing extractions so I needed to wait until their corporate oral surgeon makes a monthly stop at this location. Therefore, I spent 2 hours there for nothing while being in pain. I ended up leaving since I could not trust them at that point.

I've had a great experience at this location. Everyone is extremely polite and they do a good job. Zaira tries to find the best payment plans for me and I appreciate that very much.

I hate going to the dentist, but there’s a dental assistant named Yamill. She’s really sweet and she helped me feel comfortable with everything going on! Also she liked my falsies! 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

I was initially excited to start services with Brident dental however once the services started I began to regret my decision. The xray process was beyond excessive. 18 mouth xrays with the mouth pieces and then a stand up xray the moves around your head. I then meet with the dentist who tells me what needs to be completed but at no time did he appear to be starting a cleaning. He also stated my gums were inflammed and wanted to give me a $25 rinse. Ummm what would you expect when you just did xrays with hard plastic grips and took a metal tool to measure my gums???? No thank you. So past instances when I have started with a new dentist xrays, exam and cleaning were all procedural. I had to ask for a cleaning. So I was then told that it would take 30 minutes before the dentist could complete the cleaning due to having other patients. I'm sorry but my appointment was at 245. So i waited....45 minutes later I remind them that I need my cleaning. He finally comes over takes maybe 10 minutes to clean and says we will see you in 6 months. I leave 2 hours later pissed. Needless to say I will not be returning.

Very attentive and kind staff. Clean facilities and welcoming ambience. Lizabeth was particularly attentive and patient :)
