I originally picked this place because they were open until 7 and had Saturday hours. However, any time I try to schedule an appointment later in the day or on a Saturday, they tell me they can't. Don't say you have later hours if you won't schedule an appointment after four. Not only is scheduling an appointment always a pain, I also had the worst dental experience of my life here.
Fun fact, they don't put you under when doing tooth extractions. I needed four teeth pulled for my braces, and the oral surgeon (who comes in once a month only to pull teeth) pulled them all while I was completely awake. He had the absolute worst bedside manner of any sort of medical professional I have ever met. I kept telling him I was in pain, and he said, "No, that's not pain, it's just pressure, you're getting the two confused." Yeah, I think I know when I'm in pain, jerk. I ended up having a full blown panic attack, and he just kept saying, "You need to calm down." When it was all over, they didn't tell me if I had stitches in my mouth, if I needed to come back, or if I even had a prescription to pick up. Pretty much scarred me for life.
Before that, I had gotten several fillings, and none of them were done by the same dentist. Some were better than others, but a few of my fillings still hurt when I eat certain foods.
I also have braces from the orthodontics side. I haven't had as many problems with them, mainly scheduling. They say to come back every six weeks, but don't have any openings six weeks from then. I almost feel like they do it on purpose so you have to have the braces longer and spend more. As soon as I get these off, I will definitely be leaving Brident.

Most horrible place ever!!! I was given one price which I asked the customer service rep more than once was the price correct and he confirmed. Someone called today to confirm the appointment and to tell me the price was higher and that they have new ppl like I’m going to actually pay nearly 300 more. The guy didn’t even offer to honor the price and also gave me the wrong number for corporate. If I could give them a zero I would. This has been a very poor experience. I wouldn’t recommend a dog to go here.

I went in for information about getting braces and Yamill and Zaira were extremely helpful and booked me an appointment right on the spot. I had my first appointment later that week and once again everyone was very helpful and detailed with everything I needed. I am very happy I chose Brident Dental.

I have been looking for a dentist to redo a root canal that I had done 7 years ago from another dentist. Upon recommendation from a friend, I decided to give Brident Dental a try. I've had a lot of bad experiences in the past with dental offices... but to my surprise, the receptionist here was friendly and the waiting time was not as long as I anticipated. I'm usually super nervous and always dreaded going to the dentist, but the doctor made me feel at ease and answered all my questions before starting the procedure. I'm very happy with the experience and will be making this my primary dentist going forward.

Customer service is terrible. Kept me on hold for 20 minutes, didnt answer any questions when you call and ask why they are attempting to change your billing, the manager is never there to answer questions.
They try to pressure you into getting as expensive of a procedure as possible, and the dentist that is there doesnt say anything when you try to ask questions.
The only good interaction i had was with the hygienist, and i have been there 4 times in the past 2 months.

A horrible place to have dental services. They tell me to come back another day to have my teeth cleaning after I told them I will not have root canal done today because I cannot pay 945 dollars out of my pocket. It takes 2 hours waiting for my wife to have her teeth cleaning by Dentist because they are short-hand. They have more sales people than dental hygienist. They want your credit card to charge even before the service. I did not even have my teeth cleaning yet so I have to find another dentist. It seems to me they just want to see how much they can charge you but not helping you to manage your dental health fitting into your financial situation.

Really bad service. The front desk are really RUDE PEOPLE. We ask for someone who speaks Spanish and hang up my phone. I made an appointment and they refuse to see me because I need to fill up a lot of papers. I tell them that was an Emergency and they say no. It’s terrible service!
